I visited Boroughbridge Dental Centre today for my 2 year old sons first ever appointment. The staff were exceptional from start to finish. We were able to get an appointment within a few days of registration, which was fantastic. Once we arrived at the practice we only had a short wait, until we were called through. I would especially like to thank Richard for being extremely patient and thorough, whilst still making it a fun visit for my little boy. Every member of staff we spoke to was very friendly and professional. The premises were lovely and clean with lots of parking spaces outside - which makes appointments with a toddler that much easier! Once again, thank you!

My mother (aged 93), newly living in care in this area broke a tooth at the weekend. We managed to get her an appointment at the Centre the following afternoon. She is wheelchair bound now but her overall experience was excellent. She loved the welcoming reception staff, the cleanliness of the Centre, the promptness of her appointment and the professional, caring manner with which Mr Hajjawi examined her teeth and gave advice. To say she was impressed is an understatement. She is very relieved to feel she has found a new dentist in whom she has complete trust and confidence. Thank you again.

After recently joining the practice I have nothing but brilliant things to say about the team! Lovely friendly staff that really make you feel welcome. I explained I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 10years due to a fear of needles. Michaela took this in and has done a fantastic job of carrying out all the work and went through everything that she was doing to get the job done. Michaela and her nurse always made sure I was ok and comfortable also keeping everything at my pace. No problems getting booked in and already booked in for a check up in a few months time! I was in Ripon temporarily and was worried about slight tooth pain. I hadn’t been to the dentist for 2.5 years so I was quite anxious about the appointment. After having no luck finding availability in Ripon, I called these guys & the receptionist was super friendly and helpful. She was able to register me and get me into see a dentist within a couple of days! I saw Richard and he made me feel comfortable and was engaging with me about my concerns. I also saw a hygienist a week later who I was very impressed with. On both occasions I didn’t have to wait more than ten minutes past my appointment time. Prices for private were reasonable. If I’m ever back in the area I would not hesitate to visit again. Thank you so much for putting my mind at ease!

I visited Boroughbridge dental centre today with a broken tooth which had a very old filling in. I was very pleased that it was able to be repaired. A trip to the dentist is not anybody's favourite place but Richard Hajjawi and his team make it as easy as possible they are very professional and friendly and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have just completed a course of Invisalign treatment with the lovely Dr Mafalda Queiroz at Boroughbridge Dental Services. I am approaching my 70’s & didn’t think it would be possible to have beautifully straight teeth at my age - how wrong was I! Mafalda encouraged me all the way & was always on hand to offer, practical advice & lots of encouragement. After 10 months & many sets of aligners I now have the straight teeth of my dreams. For anyone who is in 2 minds about having this treatment I would wholeheartedly encourage you to go ahead with Mafalda - I am sure you will be as delighted as I am! Many thanks to Mafalda (& Lorna/BBDS too) - you have both been superb & I literally can’t stop smiling!😄

My wife had her teeth whitened prior to our wedding, done by Richard Hajjawi. She has always been nervous with dentists so to do this was a big deal... but he really put her at ease. The results were brilliant. We would recommend to anybody. We've since taken our children to him for check ups and again he has been brilliant- kept each encounter fun and has never made us feel rushed when they haven't cooperated straight away (toddlers).
