I have just had an initial consultation with Matthew and was so impressed at his care and clear explanation of the options available. Trust is so important in care when costs can be significant and I felt Matthew was excellent both when he listened and when he spoke.

I would like to thank Dr Matthew and his team at Manor house Dental for getting me the smile I always wanted. To anyone thinking of going ahead with any work at Manor House Dental you should 100% go for it! I went to a few different dentists before deciding to go with Manor house Dental and that decision was made so easily by how welcoming and friendly all the staff are from the early consultation and throughout the whole experience. It really made the whole experience comforting rather than nerve-wracking! The reception team also deserves a mention. I often dealt with Venessa at the desk and nothing was ever too much trouble. I wanted braces for purely aesthetics reasons, and I was recommended the fixed metal braces (train tracks). -18 months later - I couldn't be any happier with the results. Every consultation was pleasant, and I did not fear once whether this is the right place to be going. My teeth look amazing and I got every reason to be smiling! Overall a fantastic experience at a very competitive price!

I am more than happy with the experience I had at Manor House Dental. I was only in York, my hometown, for a limited amount of time and they went above and beyond and moved schedules around so I was able to get the treatment I needed before I left. I was also very pleased about the provision they make for students with discounted treatment prices. The staff are lovely, personable and reflect really well on the quality of service and treatment. Matthew was exceptional and managed to get my treatment done and extra in just an hour, both him and his assistant were efficient and professional and gave me a lot of extra information. The practice obviously put a lot of importance into their clients’ experience, they care and will go the extra mile for your treatment needs and comfort. If you want high quality service and treatment, I would highly recommend this practice.

A big thank you to Matthew and his team for their excellent work over my two recent appointments. Even after an hour and a half of work for my last visit, I left pain free and able to go about my day with no discomfort. Can highly recommend, and felt completely at ease during my appointments, even in these difficult Covid times.

I required a last minute appointment before I went on holiday, my usual dental practitioner, who I had been registered with for many years couldn't provide me with an appointment and weren't very helpful. However, Manor House were very accommodating and saw me the same day. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. I was given a free consultation and I didn't require any dental work, although the dentist (Matthew) gave me some advice for remaining pain free. The service that I received was absolutely brilliant and I would highly recommend the practice.

Many thanks for the excellent professional care and treatment by the Manor House Dental team given to me over many years but especially the last 6 or so months. They helped me through a period of adjustment, which had been a worry anticipated for many years requiring quite a bit of temporary work, crowns etc but always treating me kindly when I needed to be put in as an emergency, never being made to feel an inconvenience. I would highly recommend Matthew and his practice. Such a professional and friendly team; Vanessa on reception, the dental nurses and the hygienists are so gentle. Lovely staff and such a skilled dentist Matthew completely changed the look of my teeth without the expense of veneers. The result was even better than I could have expected. I also needed root canal treatment which I was dreading as I had heard such horror stories but I felt no pain whatsoever under Matthew's care and wondered what all the fuss was about.!! I have recently completed treatment with fixed braces, and the treatment only took 10 months from start to finish. The appearance of my smile has changed completely and the result was even better than i could have expected. My only regret is not getting it done sooner. Matthew and the whole team are excellent at what they do and for anyone considering braces should definately get thier treatment done here. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

This is the best way that I can think of to tell people how great this dental clinic is. When I was a young boy I was raised in Africa. I caught some strange disease and the doctors used a new drug on me which saved my life but which severely weakened the enamel on my teeth. As a result I have been plagued all my life with teeth problems. Therefore I have been in dentists chairs more times that I care to remember. Quite frankly I generally hate dentists..or at least going to see dentists. I can tell everyone that this dentist is simply put the best i have ever come across!!!During my time in his chair he constantly informed me of what he was doing. Made me feel very comfortable. Caused me NO pain. I am guessing it is because he was clearly using state of the art equipment and really knew his stuff. And when he was done my teeth looked way better. and he had corrected my bite which I hadn't realized had been so bad for so long. Just great!!!!
