As a nervous patient I have found all the dentists very patient with me. They always explain what needs to be done clearly. The dental nurses are caring and reassuring. The receptionists are helpful and pleasant and the service is excellent.

Joanne the dentist was amazing with us all and fabulous with my 4year old who has never been before and Charlie the dentist nurse was truly amazing and very friendly too. I’ve recently come to the area for work and was unable to register with a dentist however after speaking to the reception team I was seen on their private scheme for a check up. Whilst there I saw that they did teeth straightening and booked an assessment. Rosie and her treatment co-ordinator Charlotte were amazing. They were incredibly friendly, warming and put my needs first. An incredible experience meeting them and I’d definitely recommend them. Thank you

Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped me up and down the stairs. Maria was helpful in deciding on the treatment required rather than a decision to achieve more income for the practice. The advice was given on the wider issues of teeth and health issues.

I Registered as a new patient with the practice and was amazed by the variety of services they offer I have booked to have teeth whitening after speaking with Charlotte the treatment coordinator fantastic service and great reception team dentists and nurse would definitely recommend.

I have received dental treatment here for many years. The reception staff and clinical staff always treat me with politeness and respect. Administrative and payment aspects are handled quickly and efficiently. The dental staff are highly trained and always helpful and I have complete confidence in my particular Dentist. I always feel that she gives me the best advice and the most suitable treatments, always keeping any pain to an absolute minimum. Their Covid precautions are handled very well and I feel safe in their premises.

Janet Berman Visited this dentist for the first time today. I honestly don’t know where to start, from the moment I walked in I felt so relaxed and comfortable. All the staff seem very friendly although Charlotte was amazing explaining about payments ect. So down to earth and just lovely. I saw Dr Kasia Astbury who also was so friendly and lovely, explained all my treatment perfectly. She knows exactly what I would like and doesn’t realise how happy she has made me. Thank you Kasia. Gail the dental nurse/ assistant was also lovely and friendly so easy to talk to. . Just all absolutely brilliant, will never go anywhere else. They have made me so happy about going to the dentist again. Thank you all so so much.

Absolutely lovely experience at this dentist Practice, especially through this difficult time of covid I needed an emergency tooth extraction and the dentist and all the staff were brilliant and very pleasant and followed all the rules for safety with the virus. The dentist explained everything that he would be doing which I’ve never experienced before and the whole experience was pleasant. I’m now going back for some private hygienist work which is so desperately needed and would highly recommend this dental practice who have restored my faith in dentists after some bad experiences at other dentists over the years.

Had to go private due to refusal by my previous NHS dentist refusing to fill 2 teeth near the front at this practice, no reason given. Now have to pay a large amount of money to put right as moved/covid et.c. The My Options prices are bogus,that's what drew me in- still quoting £35 on leaflets and fone message for a check up-it's 40..due to extra PPE- didn't see stuff being thrown away after my visit..Also root canal from 185, 235 quoted for teeth very close to the front so just for incisors I guess. Not very happy but at least they seem professional.

I have always had great service from every member of staff. After my orthodontist practice miscommunicated information, I required oral surgery. Charlotte and Thomas organised everything for me and they were very supportive. Fabulous practice and I can't recommend them enough.

I was extremely worried after not seeing a dentist for five years and all NHS waiting lists being two years long. I found the My Dentist online and was impressed with how low the prices were for a private dental practice. The dentist (Thomas) was amazing, he talked me through it all and explained everything to me so I fully understood what I needed to do...by far the best dentist I have ever been to! Could not recommend My Dentist or Thomas more!

It was the day before the night before Christmas and a severe toothache took hold.... Well thank goodness I was able to be treated and how well I was treated by Jess the Surgeon and ably assisted by Bev. They said my extraction, of a rear molar, would be painless and it was to be so, much to my pleasure as I hate pain! A little bit of swelling but no painkillers needed during the first 36 hours so I am a very happy man! Thanks to you both for your help and for making my Christmas enjoyable!

Excellent service , The receptionist booked me in for a telephone call from my personal dentist Julita Duklas, who promptly called me the next day. As usual Julita was understanding, helpful and very professional. Julita kindly booked me in for an appointment, of which I was exceptionally pleased due to the Covid situation. I have been going to this dental surgery since it opened and have always been highly satisfied. Not forgetting the receptionist who kindly booked me in for a telephone call the next day.👍

I have been a patient for many years with Aldwark Dentist, & have always received great dental care with my many problems over the years! All the staff go above & beyond to help! Very professional & attentive with hygiene especially during the covid pandemic! My last dentist of many years (Magdalena) i was very sad to hear had since left but was reassured by new dentist Nick who made feel at ease immediately & talked me through my options with the complications im facing! I start next week with an extraction & hes fast tracking my appointments to have a new tooth fitted to a partial denture plate so I will only be without the plate for 3days(usually takes 10-14 days! I feel confident about my forthcoming procedures all on NHS I highly rate & recommend Mydentist in more ways than one! 😁

After not being successful getting even on a waiting list for almost all of the NHS dentists in my area for a long time I decided to go private. Because my financial situation wasn't great I was looking for ways to make this possible and that's how I found out about "Myoptions" at Mydentist practice in York. After the first appointment it was clear that I will need to have several root canals and crowns done which was exactly the reason for my concern that I will not be able to afford these treatments anywhere else other than through NHS. However they addressed this issue by also setting up a finance plan for me to spread the cost evenly and make it even more affordable so I could start with the treatment immediately. I have been coming to these appointments for about a year now and every single time I was the most satisfied with the results, the treatments and most importantly with the staff. All of the nurses, dentists and receptionists are extremely professional and genuinely delightful, friendly and helpful doing their job exceptionally. Recently I have been transferred to a different dentist within the practice, to Katarzyna (Kasia), and I am very happy with her approach, she truly is a star. I think this is honestly the best dental practice I could possibly find and was lucky to find and I will definitely stick with them for all of my future dental needs. Thank you.
