I never post reviews but had to do it about this place.. I had a great experience 2 weeks ago after calling for 2 days my own gp and not being seen.. I don't know how I didn't think about this on the first place. The 2 girls at reception were so nice and helpful and in a space of 30min I was seen and prescribed by the doctor.

Wish my doctors were more like this. Everytime I go in I'm seen within 20 minutes. The doctor actually examined the problem, makes me feel comfortable and explains the diagnosis, and had me out the door in 10 minutes. Caring service that's fast and professional

Turned up and within a hour seen by a DR. at no cost to me! and people moan? This is a out of this world service that we should be proud of, I hope everyone who works here know they are truly valued. I hope this place has continued funding and never closes, people of Bedford you are so lucky to have this surgery on your doorstep.

3.4? You're having a giraffe. These real life super heroes have saved my life and preserved my mental health for 24 years. I can safely say my life has been saved by these modern day superheroes. I dare you to leave Bedford and try others. Just been rescued from another serious injury and mental health episode. I'll figure out how to express that level of gratitude shortly.

It's ok just need open walk in longer hours saw a doctor about my ears it is waxy and may lead to infections but they couldn't do much apart from saying go chemist and get olive oil use for about 5 days and ring my gp at de parys lol cant even see or doctor or cant even syringe my ears out so that's pointless might as well gone ane because I know they can suck wax out now and then

An essential place to avoid unnecessary visitors to A&E. There should definitely be more walk in centre's, maybe even replace GP practices with them. Currently you can ring for appointments but more than likely you'll end up having to visit the walk in centre and wait. Very limited space due to covid restrictions but worth it if urgent and can't wait to see a GP but not serious enough to visit A&E. Nice and friendly staff. 🙂

Always the best of care. Eleven years now and I've always been helped quickly and kindly with my multi health issues. From the receptionists to the nurses and doctors couldn't ask for better care .
