A fantastic experience. Donna made myself and 90 years of age mother relaxed with a friendly welcome. Her experience, knowledge and professionalism were a joy to behold. Well, what a find! I really hate blocked ears, they make me miserable. The Nurse Clinic was bright, fresh and spotlessly clean. Donna was welcoming, provided all the information I asked for and she was careful to make sure I was comfortable, which I certainly was. Donna is a lifesaver. I had a blocked ear which got infected. She diagnosed this and prescribed me for medicine and once it all cleared up after a few day's Donna cleaned my ear out for free. Definitely the best service and treat she went out of her way and the extra mile. 5 stars 🌟 all the way.

After a few weeks of painful ears I decided to book an examination by the nurse clinic on the recommendation of my local GP surgery. What a good move and ears found to be badly blocked. I met Donna at her practise today at The Nurse Clinic. I was really pleased she was able to see me the next day....On a Sunday!! Donna was very welcoming and friendly. I felt very relaxed. She explained exactly how the procedure would work to remove ear wax. I was having the suction method. It wasn't uncomfortable at all. I even got to see inside my ear on a small screen, via a small camera which was great. I would totally recommend using Donna, if you need to have your earwax removal.

After getting a very painful ear infection and being told by doctor my ear was impacted with wax I called the Nurse Clinic and left a message. Donna called back straight away and put me at ease just from the first telephone call. She has a lovely manner and when I attended the surgery was made to feel very welcome and the treatment was successful and a huge relief to be able to hear properly again. Donna explained the different treatments and used 2 different techniques to get rid of the wax. One very satisfied customer and I would not hesitate to recommend her or use her again.

Took my 91 year old mum to see Donna today to clear her earwax in both ears. She's not been able to hear clearly for months. Quick and comfortable treatment and she can hear again. Went home and turned the telly down at last 🤣🤣🤣. Would recommend this treatment to anyone, young or old, and Donna is such a lovely lady. Had a problem with ear wax all my life, used to go to local surgery but they don’t do this anymore, so I found the nurse clinic online, booked appointment with Donna. Procedure was with microsuction but my wax was so impacted it wouldn’t shift so used irrigation, perfect no pain , very efficient and can now hear perfectly.
