I first visited Woodford as I was turning 50 and needed advice and help with my skin. Between getting older and menopause my skin was not in good shape. I had an initial consultation with Kerry who introduced me to Epionce SkinCare. What a game changer. I have continued with the Epionce routine morning and night as well as regular Dermafrac treatments over the last 2 years and my skin is in fantastic shape. I have also had laser skin treatment on my rosacea and sun damaged checks, on Kerry’s recommendation, which has now cleared leaving my face glowing and fresh. I cannot thank Kerry and Orla and the whole Woodford team for helping and guiding me and my skin down the path of life. Looking back on the original photos that Kerry took at my initial consultation clearly shows that a good skincare routine and regular visits to a good skin clinic really are life changing Thank you so much

I attended Woodford Medical (amongst others in Belfast) for a consultation regarding a few skin concerns / treatment options. I was seen by Sían and Chris, who were so personable and made me feel so relaxed. Their extensive knowledge and approachable nature made me feel confident in booking treatment at Woodford. I was also lucky to have a short chat with Kerry who clearly is an oracle of knowledge when it comes to facial anatomy! I've had treatment with Chris, and he was brilliant and will be back to continue the treatment. I've also booked in for further consultations regarding 'tweeks' . I've been to similar practices in England and Australia, and the team at Woodford were above and beyond.

I arrived today and was warmly greeted by Clare who talked me through a few things before bringing me into see Kerry for some Botox. I told them I was quite nervous but I felt at ease in no time. It was all very professional but at the same time extremely pleasant and friendly. Kerry then walked me through how everything would go, telling me what would work best for me. I was genuinely apprehensive about the procedure before I arrived but it was over in no time and I can honestly say that all the worry was for nothing. Kerry even helped me with a follow up skincare routine which was very much welcomed I can't recommend Woodford enough. If your thinking about having a procedure done in Belfast then this is the place to go. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would :)

Honestly, can not recommend this clinic enough. On first impressions, such a welcoming place. I was put at ease as soon as I arrived. Kerry is amazing. She put you at ease as soon as you meet her. I love Woodford Medical and would highly recommend this clinic. I have a keen interest in skin care and anti-aging as well as being well informed about all the latest "tweakments" so I have experienced a number of clinics and I would not dream of going to another. The staff are warm and friendly and make you feel so welcome. They are very knowledgeable and take time to discuss any concerns you might have. Dr Mervyn and Kerry have years of experience and always seem to be one step ahead of what's "new". They are so passionate and honest about what they do. I would encourage anyone who is considering a treatment or wanting advice on skin care to book into Woodford.

I've just had some fillers by the lovely Kerry. It was my first time for a cosmetic injection and I was quite nervous, but she really put me at ease. The treatment itself was fast and painless and the results are remarkable. I highly recommend this treatment and clinic. Thanks Kerry, I'll be back!

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC/TEAM ENOUGH !! I think the review from the person below you may of got mixed up wrong clinic . Totally Wrong By Far !!!!! I have been attending Woodford Medical for the past 5 years and never had one complaint with the service nor the professional service offered. From the first point of Contact 5 years ago, the service and team have remained as professional and friendly as they was at the start. I had my initial consultation Kerry and Mervyn, whom were very supporting to my requests for Botox, Fillers , facials to Skin peels. So much so they at ALL times have had my appearance at the forefront of the service rather than pushing me to get treatments I did not need. What is more they could of easily suggested I get Botox/Fillers in other areas of my face ( By doing so it would cost me more money) BUT they NEVER on one occasion pushed me into spending money. What I like is they offer the opportunity to discuss what products I used, I found out I was using the wrong products for me, I was given testers, which for me worked out better for my skin . Again on reflection from other clinics they was selling their products which benefited their pocket rather than my skin. On my Past experiences in other Botox/Filler clinics I have been pushed /Encouraged to get other treatments done , looking back now thus comparing my support from Woodford Medical. I would never EVER go anywhere else for my treatments. When having Botox they are that much supportive they offer a follow up post treatment to see if your happy , which for me I find great as it means you have someone to engage with during the process of getting treatments Botox/Fillers/Skin Peels - after all Trust is needed as is the relationship with the Clinic. I have had treatments/Procedures done all around the world and by far The Woodford Medical Team I have found to be the best. I actually enjoy going to my appointment not just for the treatment by the friendly staff, and its not false either they genuineness recognise you as a person and not just what they can get out of you money wise. The customer service is outstanding, to the point I dont like using the word customer as its a relationship this team I have suffered from a skin condition for 20 years my life and has been unmanageable due to excessive seating, it has made my life miserable I have never been able to wear anything other than black clothing thus is depressing in its self. I have been to dermatologist Consultant both private and NHS, only to be told I have to accept the symptom of the condition. During a genuine friendly chat with Kerry during a Botox appt , I had mentioned it in passing how miserable I was , Kerry explained what the options were via the Botox route to stop sweating under arms. She never pushed me to get Botox under arms as time went on other visits, which allowed me to come to a point of deciding myself to get Botox under arms. It Has been a LIFE CHANGER for me I can get dressed in any colour now without having to wear black and take several change of clothes with me and I do not feel embarrassed now having sweaty wet patches on my clothes. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC/TEAM ENOUGH !! i have never had to hide my face after getting a treatment here. I feel great after going to the clinic in every aspect
