A. W.Had a problem with my tooth the past couple of days, was put in contact with the dentist here.
Absolutely amazing people the lady dentist and her dental nurse went above and beyond for me as I have a very very bad phobia of dentists, my fears where helped so much by the professionalism of both ladies. A very big thank you.

A. L.First time here, really lovely staff had Gareth as my Dentist really good explaining everything he was doing put me at ease the minute I arrived, sorted the problem was able to have a great nights sleep thanks again Gareth.
y. z.i had a bad problem with the back of my mouth teeth needed fixed they called me on short notice and helped me immediately i think it was nicola and her assistant i cant remember but kudos to them most lovely people ive ever met fantastic thank you for helping me the jack daniels stopped working 🤣

L. H.My 88 year old father had an appointment today with the podiatry clinic. He received a telephone call from admin staff to advise him to enter via Lincoln avenue. His appointment was at 1pm so they were aware he was attending.
We took a taxi as we were unsure about parking.
It then took us 12 mins to get into the building at that particular time it was lashing with rain I pressed the buzzer continually it was only because there was a lady exiting the building that we got in she actually said she shouldn't be doing it but she could see we were drenched through. Once inside we asked a random member of staff to assist even though she was on her way to lunch she was very helpful and went down to the podiatry clinic to inform them we had arrived also my father is unable to walk down stairs so she directed us to the lift.
My complaint is not against the prodiarty clinic who are excellent it is regarding cover for reception. Where were they?
My father and I were soaked. He had to sit in wet clothes for 30 mins until his appointment finished and he had to change all his clothing once he got home. This is a man who can hardly walk has a clot at the bottom of his leg and got soaked right through. He had to change all of his clothing when he got home.
We had left home not expecting such heavy rain.
Another member of staff informed me that there had been a problem with reception cover over the summer. Covid can be blamed for lots of things but not having anyone on reception to allow people to get access for appointments is ridiculous.

D.Sitting out side on my chair for about half hour in rain awas very cold,had get off my chair and walk in as lift keeps breaking down so had walk down and bk up a flight of about 15 stairs which was so hard times I got bk home, I was cold and sore need make sure lift always in working order not having ppl like myself can get access to building after I got bk upstairs they told me I could have used front entry,why hadn't the person who came out got me not tell me this she it would bn so much easier for me and others I seen xxxx
