M.Exceptional salon and customer service, Danielle was there to welcome me and straight away offered me a coffee the second I walked through the door, she was extremely professional and made sure I was well looked after and comfortable until I was handed over to Francis. This was my first time having an in-depth skin consultation and I loved it. She was very professional and would communicate and explain to me what she was going to do. I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed my facial with her. I learned about my individual skin and left feeling very refreshed for a Sunday morning. My skin felt great after and I loved it that much that I have booked another one for next week. All the girls were very friendly and made me feel very at ease, i was very impressed with the attention and care I received from both Danielle and Francis. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thank you so much ♥️

Most importantly they know exactly what you need-they will tell you exactly what you don’t need!!! Lisa is a body artist & sculptor. She is so sweet, kind & gentle when working on your face & body. They are all fantastic there! She knows what she is doing and approach’s her work with great precision!!!! She has an art for enhancing your look & will take years of you! I recommend all my friends to visit here as they really do care and help you find desired results! All the girls are fab but I particularly like KateI like how she recommends what you need and talks you through everything.

N. O.I've just had my third session of Potenza with Steph. I have to say it really isn't that painful, the needles are slightly nippy but you're fully numbed before the Potenza is started. I've already had big improvements with just two sessions, to the point where I've had comments about how good my skin is. My pores and lines are much less visible and my skin looks tighter. The results have honestly shocked me so I think it's a treatment that's worth every penny. I'm excited to see the final results from my last treatment and will definitely be getting maintenance treatments in the future.

T. T.Omg, I am very shocked, I recived 2 of my items ,the regena-c-moisturiser with 3% retinol liposomesand hyaluronic , im coming 53yrs old and my skin is starting to get loose and not look so fresh, this is
only my 2nd day using it and its absolutely amazing, my skin looks plumper, healthier and firmer in just 2 days, and feels great.
I also got the foundation which looks fab to, hvnt really used it,only a wee test patch and so far I'm happy with with, im waiting on another few things coming the serum ect, cant wait to see and feel my skin in a wk or 2 , I will 100% be getting in the future, thank you so much

N. H.After years of suffering with hayfever I decided to try the kenalog injection. Truthfully I wasn't hopeful as I have tried everything else and nothing helped me. This morning was the first morning I have woke up since May being able to breathe through my nose. I would highly recommend anyone who suffers to give this a go. Staff were extremely friendly and gave me all the required info prior to the injection.
