H. R.I have just joined this surgery in the past few months and I can honestly say the difference from my previous one is unbelievable. From enquiring to being accepted I was treated with the most friendly and welcoming staff nothing was too much trouble. My prescriptions etc are quickly processed and I have them within 48 hours. I hadn't had an asthma checkup in almost exactly 2 years. Got reviewed within day at Linen Court. Great practice and fantastic staff.
M. H.Greatest surgery that I have ever experienced. Very nice team of staff, nurses and doctors. Never had to wait for appointment for too long. Appointments are usually in one week time. Doctors always listen to my concerns, always helpful and supportive. All doctors are having a great communication skills. The best example of how should surgery work.

All of the doctors and practice nurses are very approachable and highly experienced and committed to helping patients. The admin staff are very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to assist. C. T.I have been coming to LCS for years and I can safely say it's a great Surgery with Doctors, Nurses and Reception staff all very helpful and actually listen and go out of their way to assist! Getting an appointment is easy too...I'm lucky to have them.
E. P.It's very difficult to book appointment , I called once they opened 8.30 the line is busy . Tried several times the line still busy and finnally at 9.20 could get through but no one answered, kept holding on for more than 7 minutes until I finally gave up and hang up. This happened not only one time.
