J. H.I frequently have questions about my repeat prescriptions. No fault of the receptionists. Theu are extremely helpful and friendly and go above and beyond to sort out my problems. Full marks from me.
n.The doctors are very friendly but the staff at the front desk are very rude and have very little people skills. They now have a large glass barrier separating them from patients. It doesn't surprise me that people could get angry at them. Yet if they had just a more pleasant disposition people wouldn't get angry at them. Overall good doctors but bad administration staff.
W. R.Busy practice but if you get on the phone before 9am most days you will get booked in for an extra appointment the same day that a lot of surgeries don't offer. Only thing is you won't get a choice of doctor you wish to see. Appointments for nurse for things such as blood tests you don't generally have a long wait for a scheduled appointment. But booking a specific appointment with a doctor of your choice might mean a long wait.
