My partner was up to see his consultant on the Tuesday and our daughter was up the following evening to see Mr Myles Black and I must say we couldn't have wished for more. From booking right through to treatment it was very efficient. Mr Black was a star, top man! The hospital was spotless and very modern and the toilets kept in order. Great to know we have this wee gem so handy.

Was at the clinic yesterday for a procedure. From the moment I arrived at reception, the receptionist was lovely and very helpful. The nursing staff were very polite and made me feel at ease. My room was absolutely beautiful and spotless and overall I was very impressed with this clinic. I have to mention my named Nurse Jenny McCoy who was absolutely fantastic and couldn't do enough for me. What a fantastic clinic . I would like to thank everyone who looked after me so well

I love this place !! The staff and nurses are excellent. Very professional, courteous and helpful. The Consultants are first class and nobody could ask for better anywhere. They have helped me SO much over many years and I cannot thank them enough. When you need help, this is the place to go. Spent a night at the clinic after a back operation and I couldn’t have asked for better care and attention from every member of staff, they were friendly, smart In their nurses uniforms and nothing was too much trouble. My surgeon Mr Eugene Verzin was a really lovely guy who gave me great reassurance. The whole building was spotless. I have no hesitation in recommending the clinic.

I went for day visit today at the Ulster clinic couldn’t I’ve been treated any better the staff from entrance to exit where amazing Barbra Fenton was one of the nurses who took me deserves a metal very professional but made me feel at ease that’s not including the surgery team if I had a company these are the people I would employ great bunch of staff not missing out on the exit staff Laura and the tea lady just an all round very pleasing and professional. I would like to say thank you for making me feel like a king a person who you really like to care care for even though I wasn’t private they made me feel as if I was. Thank you again

Just discharged having had surgery. Each and every member of staff I encountered through reception and appointments, diagnosis, surgery, and recovery are simply outstanding. That also extends to the housekeeping and catering staff. Everybody made me feel like they genuinely cared. Most comfortable stay in hospital ever. Lovely food and if something wasn't suitable, I was never made to feel like an inconvenience.

This was my 4th knee surgery in the UIC over the past 15 years. From arrival until discharge today, everyone from the reception to the fantastic staff who looked after me were just amazing. Absolute professionals who care for their patients with distinction. My Consultant Mr David Warnock is a lovely gentleman who takes time with his patients. I wish I could name everyone, but if I started, I would surely forget someone. Not forgetting the lovely staff who kept my room cleaned, brought me delicious meals and passed friendly conversation with me. All of you are a credit to the UIC. It is clear you all love your jobs by your sunny dispositions and it reflects in how you brighten up your patients each day. Thank you for everything, Karen, Letterkenny.

Just got my tonsils out and had lovely experience. So clean, lovely nurses and doctors and really comfy bed. Nice room too. So glad my first ever surgery was here. My doctor, Dr Ulah was so friendly, made me feel at ease and did such a good job! Also shout out to the lovely Nurse Lally As an added bonus, the breakfast was lovely and I got lots of pear pickin porky ice lollys!

My wife had cause to undergo in-patient surgery recently. From the moment she was admitted until the time she left, she received nothing but the best of care and treatment from everyone with whom she came in contact, from ancillary staff, nursing staff to the surgical staff. What could easily have been a traumatic time was made so much more amenable by the whole infrastructure of the Ulster Independent Clinic. Thank you.

Just had disc fusion snd de compression surgery by Mr Verzin las Thursday . What I want to say is that I am totally overwhelmed by the ptoffesssion way that everyone carried their work . I was attended to day and night by committed and very caring staff. No task too small or too big , everything was done done with confidence and high standards . Every step was explained in detail . i wish yo thank each and everyone for their great work . Unfortunately I do feel I can not ever go back to s NHS Hospital again . Tha gap between Private care and NHS is too big and far too riskey.

I attended UIC for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in November 2015. The level of care and attention I received was far beyond anything I had experienced in the NHS or the private healthcare market. All medical and nursing staff treated me with the utmost care, respect and privacy. The food available was beautiful and was one of the standout memories of what was a much more pleasant experience than any surgery should be.
