I booked an appointment online and it was very easy to get a day & time that suited me. I had never attended a Private Practice before so didn't really know what to expect, but I needn't have worried as the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I had booked some tests and these were carried out by Tina who talked me through everything and put me at ease in a calm, friendly and professional manner that I very much appreciated. I received my results via secure email a couple of days later from Dr. Siobhan Graham with a full and very detailed breakdown of every test result and a very helpful and informative letter explaining exactly what the results showed with regard to my health. Dr. Graham also sent me a separate guide detailing steps that I could take to improve the areas of concern. I also received a message to call back for a follow up check on a particular test the following week which I thought was very good of them. I also attended an appointment in relation to this with Dr. Tim Russell who was also very helpful and provided me with some good practical advice on how to improve my health. I was very impressed with everyone I dealt with at Vitalis and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

When I went for my appointment I was a bit apprehensive. As soon as I went in and spoke to the receptionist. My fears and apprehension quickly disappeared.Dr Siobhan put me at my ease immediately. Such a lovely manner. And she was right on the ball. And I came out of the surgery with a weight lifted of. So thank you Dr and the receptionist. The surgery is a nice bright welcoming atmosphere and I will use this service again. And I have no problem recommending to anyone

I couldn’t recommend this clinic enough. I had a procedure down on my scalp which at the start, I was pretty apprehensive about. Dr Graham was absolutely brilliant. She made me feel very comfortable and explained the procedure from start to finish which was a big help. There was a clear and structured outline of what I had to do to recover after the procedure too. Hopefully I won’t have to but I would be more than happy to use their services again. Thank you all for help and best of luck for your practice.

I wanted to leave this review as I received such excellent and professional care from Dr Siobhan Graham. I’ve had a cyst on my head for a long time and it needed removed it was in my hairline so very noticeable. I made an appointment with Dr Graham I had it removed and went Back yesterday to have my stitches removed. The job she made was impeccable very small incisions made and very neat work. I’ve lived with this cyst for a long time and worried about getting it removed for vanity reasons. The overall care and experience was excellent o couldn’t recommend Dr Graham enough . Consultation was great and gave me some ideas on what to do next with a chronic wrist ailment. Treatment and consultation was done on the same visit and has got rid of serious arthritic pain. The tour company was able to arrange an appointment with Dr. Graham that very day as our tour was leaving Belfast the next morning. Dr. Graham remained overtime in her office to accommodate me. She was quick to diagnose Baker's Cyst and prescribed some amazing topical cream that had me walking and active in no time! I was able to enjoy the remainder of my trip, thanks to Dr. Graham.
