I’ve had botox in 3 areas now 3 times with Michelle at Efface in Birmingham. Michelle came recommended by a couple of friends who in turn had used the lady I previously had for botox. The difference in the two services was very different. Michelle is extremely professional and the whole experience is very smooth from start to finish. She took lots of photos for her records, I had never had this done before, and was great to compare when I went back for a tip up later. This was also scheduled in at the appointment whereas before I used to need to ask for it if I felt I needed more. Michelle is very thorough and efficient but the procedure is also very swift and painless. I’ve since recommended another few friends to her who have all returned. I’d have no hesitation recommend anyone who has used other practices or indeed if it’s their first time and nervous. Efface will take good care of you, explain everything fully and follow up with you to ensure you are happy.

Just a quick update , I went back for my fourth visit today, Michelle has moved to a beautiful new location in the Jewellery Quarter. The important thing is that the service is the same, professional, effective and incredibly friendly . I would never go anywhere else and I would happily recommend her to anyone. If you are nervous or have lots of questions, she totally puts you at ease. I find her treatments to be so much gentler, I hardly notice when the needle goes in. The last practitioner I visited left me bruised and sore. Third visit and still really happy . Michelle offers a brilliant, professional service and the results are fabulous . I wouldn't go anywhere

Literally the best decision I have ever made is going to see Michelle.
