The GP Walk in center has now permanently moved to the Primary Care Center on Reservoir Road. This site has now opened as the Erdington Wellbeing Hub offering Health & Wellbeing services and Employment & Skills support. The site has been taken over by Witton Lodge Community Association. The photo is the services that this site now offers.

Saw a nurse called Jane and a doctor. Was told upon entering by the reception lady who was polite and courteous there could be a potential 4 hour wait but worse case scenario. I didn't care as was in too much pain. After approximately an hour of waiting I was called in by Jane who listened and took everything on board re my symptoms. She was understanding and pleasant. She immediately called a doctor in who called me to his room to carry out some tests. I was diagnosed and prescribed medication I could only normally get during weekdays when able to get to the doctors working full time. This has certainly restored my faith in the NHS but the only thing I could have a gripe about was the sound coming from the pub next door. Clearly not the centres fault but it was so loud I could hear terribly word for word the drunken revellers singing on the karaoke. For the patient not to mention the staff it must be so frustrating having to listen to that constantly it would drive me insane. I was told by more than one staff that nothing could be done about it and they just get used to it. This should not be the case.

Absolutely fantastic! I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, who asked me to complete a form. Was seen by a nurse to assess my condition, then by a doctor, both very quickly. The nurse and the doctor both asked questions and I didn't feel rushed answering. I was examined by the doctor and prescribed a course of antibiotics. I was in and out quicker than seeing my normal doctor, who I couldn't get an appointment with. Very impressed.

It's always good to be seen so promptly I had to take mum in today's and hardly waited. What impressed me most were the staff, including a welcoming receotionist. 111's screening process doesn't deal very well with elderly patients who do not exhibit standard symptoms - so the pragmatic and sympathetic approach from triage nurse and doctor has been a relief. I feel confident that she will recover and her infection being treated so promptly has avoided a more serious problem down the line. The human element is essential and experience always shows . Thank you.

Never used this service before, but with not being able to get appointments at Doctors and urgently needing to see someone I drove over and booked in. Brilliant service. I couldn't have asked for more. Fantastic help and support and by the time I'd left I now only had suitable painkillers but an urgent appointment with my own doc that I haven't been able to get. NHS may be short staffed and overworked, but this service is invaluable. Shame my docs can't get their act together to open hours like they do. They really need to. Thank you x

Visited the centre twice now. Entrance a bit grubby, but that's due to it being right next to the nasty pub. On both occasions staff were really nice and welcoming . Wait wasn't long , but I wouldn't mind waiting even 3 hours if I get a service like that. Nurses and doctors really nice too.

I went today morning (Sunday 8:00) but bit sceptical because of some reviews. It's a shame there is only 5★ rating. Receptionist was so friendly , triage nurse was great and Dr Al Hussein was extremely patient,he really listens and prescribe some good medication. Really good job everyone and I am glad I went today. And about waiting time. I know that during the day it might be longer then in the morning,but I was seen in about 40 mins and I was 4th in the queue. I really recommend this walk-in-clinic 👍

Had to bring our son to see a doctor just before closing on a Saturday night and boy I was in for a culture shock, I thought we were walking around Beirut!!!! Drunk people fighting outside ( from the pub next door ) a man lying, blocking the entrance, security guard who we felt completely sorry for and a fear for our safety! Once inside if was clean and the staff were great, a doctor saw my wife fanning herself and automatically turned the heating off, we were swiftly taken to see a nurse who was great with our son the called to see a lovely female doctor who was patient, understanding and very calm with our son and was happy to talk about our worries over his recent immunisation. These professionals are there to help us and yet they put up with the goings on of the unsavoury daily.A big thumbs up from us worried parents.

Was advised to go to this place by the 111 health advisor. My husband took me there and I was so weak couldn't even sit up, laid in the back sit of the car throughout the Journey, we got there, wasn't busy, quite a number of seats were empty so hubby took me to where I could sit, and I pulled the seats together to lay down but the APN on the day( June Connolly), just couldn't hide her irritation and racism. She asked the receptionist, why is that lady lying down? And walked up to me and was like, "excuse me, why are you lying down? I told her I didn't have any energy. She was like, then you shouldn't be here. My husband tried to explain to her that we were advised to come, she didn't even give us a listening ear and just walked off and kept saying, "you shouldn't be here. Suffice to say that I was eventually seen by one of the doctors who after assessment gave me a priority letter to the hospital where they discovered I had a hospital acquired pneumonia and was seriously dehydrated. This June Connolly should get some customer service skills and some heart for heaven sake. I am a health care professional myself and I have never and will never treat anyone that way no matter the race and all. If not for the doctor's sake, would have given 1 star or none at all.

What a wonderful place. From the girl on the desk to the doctor who saw me not long after. Great people and great service after a very worrying flight from Sydney. I was diagnosed and given a prescription very quickly and I cannot thank you enough. Long may it continue!

Went in here on a very busy Sunday afternoon with my son (who is rarely ill). He was seen within 50 minutes; from the receptionist through to the nurse and then the doctor I couldn't fault the service. Thank you.

The doctors and nursing staff were excellent. .I believe the opening times on Google are misleading.. the don't let patience on after 7.30..we turned up at 7.45 and was refused entry .. but as my daughter was poorly they did see her.. but the doctors were fantastic...thank you to them all..

Went today was in pain due to my Sinusitis Dr Ahmed he was professional and helpful he listened to what I was saying and prescribed me some thing for my sinuses. Im also a diabetic this is the first time a doctor has listened to me THANK YOU. The HCA the Asian woman again was helpful and supportive thank you x

Excellent service. Had to visit August bank holiday Monday and amazingly there were 3 doctors on duty. I was triaged by a lovely nurse and then seen promptly by the doctor and issued with antibiotics!

Very good walk in centre. Got seen with in a hour n half. Doctor Dave very good explained everything properly to me and gave me good advice. Would reccomend going here If you hate waiting for long.

Staff were fantastic, both clerical and clinical staff were great, very professional , great communication skills and efficient, dignity maintained throughout,I will definitely use the cenyer again, pride of NHS.

Excellent doctor. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Waiting time average 2.5 hours but I just walked in and managed to get the well needed help.

Good service and staff. Waiting room can be difficult to manage little toddlers who want to explore as there are no doors blocking stairs or other areas.
