O. R.Doctor Farooq and the reception team are wonderful people. Listened to me and helped me with a few issues I had as soon as they possibly could. Honestly the best doctor's practise I've ever been a patient of. Extremely fair and with an amazing 'bedside manner'. Thank you guys!
n. a.I cant thank Dr Jui for her help and empathy around my child's health. She is very pro active and honest in her assessment and the solutions she has to offer. I cant express how much I appreciate her support towards me as the parent and to my child. she also kept in regular contact about reviewing my child's medication and to ensure he has enough medicine.
I. B.Great medical surgery, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. The service I received from Dr Pandit from the last few months was excellent. Dr Pandit treat the patients like his family and make them feel very comfortable. I never had any appointment issue here. In reality it’s a great surgery.
M. H.I have been a patient at Highgate medical centre since 1994.
The service I receive at this practice is highly and above standards expected the moment you walk in you get greeted with a smile from a great team of Receptionists on front of House they will listen to you and offer the best they can not like many other surgeries who don't pick up there phone calls for hours in end.
Also the practice is located in area that is within reaching distance commute via bus walk etc it also has disabled facilities a large car park .
They have a great team of Doctors Dr pandit,Dr Jui and Dr Farooq also Locum Doctors and a great team of Nurses.
Dr jui has alot of experience and is a really lovely person who takes great care of her patients whenever I see her I never feel let down always happy that she is wiling to help and put you In contact with the correct services.
S. K.Very helpful team at the surgery. The Receptionist, Doctors and nurses are very helpful and they fitted me in to an appointment promptly when I needed one. Also I was impressed that I could book an appointment through my NHS app and had many possible appointments offered by the surgery. Dr Pandit and Dr Jui have always offered exemplary care and gave me adequate time to discuss my problems.

Doctor Pandit & Dr Jui always helpful no matter how busy a callback is always made.
Even the Locum doctors have been great at their job. Reassurance and continue service is provided.
Under the pressures GP and surgeries are under I have to thank Highgate Medical Centre and the Team , Docs, Nurses, Admin staff who always find a way to solve the problem.
When I speak with others experience of their own GP Surgeries I feel lucky to still be with HIghgate Medical Centre.
We have to understand a craftsman is only as good as the tools given, and if the Government take away the tools then how can the NHS and GP Surgeries perform..?
Still, am grateful for all the support I get from everyone who is here and I plead with Gov to improve funding and facilities to allow these guys to do their job / saving lives.

R. H.I have to honestly say the only good doctors there are Dr.Juhi and Dr.Pandit.The rest doctors are never sure what is wrong with a patient and just say you are fine there is nothing wrong.
E.Excellent service at the doctors am happy with everything so far I call at the time they tell me to call to get an appointment and I all ways do get one everything else us good happy and I hope to stay luckily so I can stay with the same doctors its hard finding good Doctors theys days
M. P.I've been with this surgery from birth..I'm 36 this year .. I now use it for my own child 5 this year and can honestly say I've never had any issues and if I have they have been dealt with accordingly and respectfully...I have nothing but praise for Dr pandit and his staff even with covid 19 and such unpredictable times I have felt the full support of my gp Dr jui and have never had to wait to long for an appointment they actually couldn't pay me to change... Thank you all at Highgate medical centre all GPS and receptionist you are all amazing.
S. B.Amazing level of care for patients. I always feel doctors listen very well to the patient and always provide the best medication. Im not sure why ratings are quite low, maybe due to getting appointments on a daily basis is a little difficult but thats the case with all surgeries now.

Great doctors surgery which is run very well. All doctors go above and beyond for their patients special mention to Doctor Pandit, Dr Jui and Dr Farooq who do an amazing job and really care for their patients.
S. K.Doctors don't just dish out antibiotics and kick you out their room. They spend time with you and try and help you feel better and help you to change your lifestyle. They try to prevent further illnesses happening by good education. Good trainee GPs at this surgery
W. D.Brilliant surgery.I left my old one as they would not see me face to face. This is one of the few that do.
J. K.Rarely come to the practice but needed to because of some stress and work related problems. Very good team, always left the doctors room feeling happy. Small practice, goof family feel. Very few of these sorts of practices now.
