Very grateful to Nav for taking such good care of me, my skin (which has improved tremendously since I became a client) and my feet - it’s tough being on them all day. Went to Nav for the first time and got a hydra facial, such a lovely experience. Nav was lovely and made me feel relaxed. The treatment was so nice, could see instant results. My face is looking so plump and clear! Can’t wait to go back for more treatments! Highly recommend :)

Was extremely nervous about having Microblading carried out to my eyebrows, especially as I only read horror stories of how they can go wrong. However Nav was amazing. Even before I made my appointment she talked me through the very simple steps of what she'd be doing on the day. A few days prior, I had a patch test, no reaction (thank goodness) On the day a numbing gel was applied. I'm the worlds biggest baby when it comes to even papercuts so this was very much needed ha ha ha Nav began the process of mapping my brow area. From ever since I can remember my brows have been non existent. I'm not one for any sort of makeup so didn't even attempt to "draw them on" ha ha Nav explained she Microblades in stages, especially for clients such as myself who are not used to having any brows, the shock of suddenly having some and that they can look very dark on the first application can be a bit daunting. To say I'm happy is an understatement. My new brows have brought me confidence I didn't even know was missing!! I no longer feel uncomfortable wearing my hair back in a pony (a style which isn't particularly flattering if you lack brows and can make your forehead appear to be super huge ha ha) Sorry my review is a tad long but Nav deserves more than deserves it.😊

Thank you so much to Nav. Nav made me feel at ease throughout all of my treatments . I had the full body hot stone massage which was super relaxing. I also had the deep cleaning facial was was great. I initially went in for a boat scrub and I was amazed at how Knowledgeable Nav is on skincare. I’ve done it all and used every product under the sun so I knew when I met Nav she knew her stuff. Her priority is definitely to make sure her clients get the best whether it’s skincare or the treatments. I’ve been having the carbon facials and my skin is glowing! It’s really helped calm down my acne and pigmentation. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Went to Nav for the first time last week and she was amazing, won't be going anywhere else from now on! I had my eyebrows laminated and they look the best they have ever looked! Also had lash extensions done, wanted a very natural look and Nav talked me through what was best. Results were amazing and everyone I see has commented about how gorgeous they look. Nav was so lovely and made me feel completely comfortable, even giving me extra advice on how to best treat my acne scarring. I booked in for a deep tissue massage as I was feeling really exhausted lately and Nav provided the best service ever! Excellent customer service, she made sure I was really comfortable at all times, and her massage was the best I’ve ever had!! My body was fully relaxed when I came home! I came back two days later for a manicure and she gave me the cutest hand pampering ever! Definitely found my fave person, I’ll be coming back round for loads more services 💗💗
