I'm not one to ever write reviews but this place has been amazing (Birmingham branch). The people: Starting with Sachin and Raj. Not only are these guys very very professional but are so welcoming. They are both very knowledgeable and they are not their to simply make money. I personally came in for a hair transplant (after a reccomendation) but they advised me to have a non-surgical treatment (which costs less) as I did not need a hair transplant. I can honestly say they treat everyone like family and not just a number. The treatments: I have been reccomended by x2 friends who have had hair transplants which turned out fantastic. I have also reccomended family and friends who have not been disappointed. As mentioned earlier, i opted for the non-surgical treatment which includes laser and PRP. The results have been great. My hair has gone from thin and falling to being noticeably thicker and fuller (all at a cheaper price than rivals mA). I am now starting a laser hair removal treatment which i can not comment on yet as I have only had x1 session. But if its anything like my experience so far, the results will be great. Thank for such a great experience Sachin and Raj!!!!!!!!!

Can’t fault this company at all. Excellent service, welcoming, friendly and very professional. Needed a refund the first time round ,as I had to pay an arm and a leg for my dogs veterinary bills, and they were so understanding and empathetic. Definitely the place to go if you’re thinking of hair replacement surgery !

I had my surgery on 1/10/2021. I found Dr Sachin explain the process and expectation of post surgery results. He has been very informative and re-assuring. On the day of my surgery I had a consultation with Dr Ditta. He explained how many grafts were realistic and what area they would cover. The initial anesthetic was painful but I guess it is all down to individual pain threshold. The two technicians on Dr Ditta team were Saema and Masood. Both were professional and very patient as it is a long day, approx 4 hours for extraction then lunch followed by 3.5 hours of implanting the grafts in. Post surgery care was explained thoroughly and I look forward to results in due course. I would recommend my cosmetic group.

I just had done my hair Transplant FUE surgery from Hair Growth Centre Romford by Dr Vishal last Friday. I just want to say big thank you to Dr Vishal and his team Hajra and Elena to look after me and making my day easier and pain-free. Dr vishal has explained everything about the procedure and did my required hair line with his consultation. He is honest and competent person. I have read many reviews about him before my surgery. But I have found him more cooperative, honest and friendly. He has a an excellent team with him. Once again I recommend him and hair growth centre to every one in UK. It is a safe place to do surgery here and take the hassle out of getting done from abroad. Recently moved from London to Birmingham and have had treatment for my hair for the last decade or so, including medical treatment ongoing and 2 previous hair transplants (one in London and one in Turkey). I feel am well versed in terms of hair treatment and what to expect. I visited several clinics in Birmingham and chose My Cosmetic Group and am more than happy to explain why. First of all, they have someone who is a doctor on site, having gone through medical school. I have been to other clinics around the area who claim to be medical yet when I ask them directly they cannot tell me the above, nor do they seem to have the knowledge about hair and skin. It is important to make sure it is safe to do treatment. I quizzed him on his credentials and the knowledge and he passed that. Furthermore, I was given more reassurance (having had a bad experience abroad) regarding the treatments, realistic expectations and the safety element. I also liked that I was guided through the treatments and what to expect to make the decision for myself. Sometimes in other places it seems more a sales pitch from someone not particularly qualified nor without the actual understanding or knowledge. They are good and happy to speak about any concerns and address them. I also liked the fact that whilst other clinics spoke badly about each other they did not stoop to that level. I was reassured by seeing many clients happy to speak about their own experiences also and treatment progression. Am happy with the decision to go with them, so far so good looks fab

Raj and Sachin are always available if any issues and are so helpful going the extra mile when I was being a pain to them. I first attended my cosmetic group in october 2019 for an initial consultation where I met Raj and the rest of the team. They were professional from day one and kept in touch by giving a call back following the consultation. We had a long chat about what would be best for my hair loss and took me through the steps of what would happen and what to expect. I had the surgery done in london under Dr Rafiq. Being a medical doctor myself I was very impressed with the services and the sterility/cleanliness of the place and the procedure. I had amazing post-op care both in london and in Birmingham. I am now 3 months post-op and i can say I have had a really good outcome. Overall i have had an excellent service.

When I came in, I was nervous but was put at ease on microscopic assessment by Raj and Sachin later. I also saw other clients with hair transplants and was happy at the results I saw. The process also consisted of medical treatments to help protect my existing hair from loss which I was not aware of. They have been very open and honest and am grateful for this. I have been a client at MCG for a few monthsfor medical treatment for my hair thinning. So far the treatment has been very good. I did my research before investing in treatment and chose MCG as they provide a full range of treatments and have a doctor on site.
