S. K.This practice is super efficient and so professional. I recently joined this practice, the receptionist and Dr's are excellent and so lovely. They have a separate prescription line which is so helpful. Thank you for all your hard work!
T. H.This surgery really is exceptional. I have been with this practice since 1980. Never have I experienced a problem. The Doctors here have a great empathy with their patients as well as being excellent Doctors. I never feel rushed, appts are thorough and they are very reassuring before you walk back out the door. They are honest in their advice to the patient. He Receptionists are absolutely wonderful but also very professional. Never in all these years have I had problems speaking to a Doctor or booking an appointment. Patients tend to forget that we are only one of thousands on the Surgery books. The Receptionists have always been polite, friendly and greet you with a smile, that makes such a difference when your feeling anxious about your appointment. The Nurses, especially Cheryl I can not praise highly enough. Again they have this reassuring way with their patients. I never feel I can’t ask questions. Cheryl will always put my mind at rest, such kind and caring Nurses but also very knowledgeable in their field of work. The Surgery is always very clean and smells clean. This surgery is the only thing keeping me living in Birmingham or I would have moved years ago. An excellent GP Doctor and Surgery is so important and I have that in Riverbrook.
h.I've been at this surgery for the past 2 years and in that time I have experienced some outstanding care from Dr Tolba. He is attentive and reassuring but makes it very easy to talk about my ongoing health issues. Dr Tolba is thorough and I trust him with my care. Joining Riverbook was the best decision I made.

It's really easy to get a same day telephone conversation with a doctor and if they need to bring you in they will.

V. n.It's not the worst surgery I've been to but, definitely one of them. The doctors there are always in a hurry, diagnosed me incorrectly many times, forgot to send of forms for my referrals and to be honest, this surgery would be the worst one if it wasn't for doctor Ahmed Tolba. Dr. Ahmed Tolba helped me and solved the errors of all of his colleagues and actually took the time to talk to me and listen to all the medical issues I was having and gave legitimate advice. He also went the extra mile and sent out a form another doctor was supposed to send out 6 weeks prior to that day. If you do book an appointment, try and book with Dr. Tolba. All that being said, I haven't seen all the doctors there so surely many of them are great but the surgery's system and how everyone is always in a hurry is just not satisfactory
