I honestly can’t put into words how much I recommend Jonathan Staiano and his fantastic team! From my very first enquiry right up to my surgery and current recovery, they have been fantastic. Amy was the first person I met, what a lovely person, very informative and extremely helpful. Vicky, has gone over and above to assist me with my recovery, calls and emails to make sure I’m ok, even posting out some supplies I needed. And, Jonathan, what can I say, he’s an absolute miracle worker, what an amazing surgeon. It’s early days but I can already see the huge difference. For such a daunting procedure, he made me feel relaxed and confident from the very beginning and during my time in hospital. Looking forward to my follow ups. I can’t thank you enough. I recommend Staiano Plastic Surgery so much that I have already booked my 2nd surgery only 3 weeks after my latest surgery!!

After a lot of research I came across Johnathon and from the very first virtual consultation, I knew he was the surgeon for me! I felt at ease throughout the whole process and both Johnathon and Vicki reassured me that I could contact them at any point to go through any information and discuss any concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Staiano. A cyst had, over a number of years, developed on my forehead. It was quite visible and affecting my confidence so I approached Dr Staiano for a consultation. He was polite and considerate and empathised with me. He addressed any concerns I may have had with professionalism and courtesy. He listened to me and I felt he really cared about my welfare and wellbeing. He took time to make sure I understood everything and was happy. I had my procedure in the summer of 2020 and I could not be happier withe the result of my surgery. He is passionate about his work and cares intensely about his clients. Post-operative appointments were scheduled to monitor my progress and I felt valued and cared for every step of the way. The way he conducts himself and runs his practice is superb and his staff are exemplary. A truly amazing experience.

Google need to add another star or introduce a new rating system because everything was off the charts. The service, care and attention that I received at Staiano was first class. I was booked in for minor surgery (mole removal) and it was most probably single handedly the best and relaxed medical procedure I have ever had! The staff were amazing. Explained the procedures and aftercare clearly. Not enough superlatives for Jonathan and Vicki. The level of professionalism is second to none. Staiano definitely is one of, if not the best clinics around. The whole team made me feel at home. Thank you Jonathan, Vicki and the team. Thumbs up from me!

I cannot recommend the staiano clinic enough. When I decided I wanted a tummy tuck I began to research and was even given a recommendation from 2 colleagues for another surgeon however, after finding johnathons YouTube/Instagram and meeting him in person during my Consultation i cancelled the other consultation with the other surgeon as I knew he was the right surgeon for me. His warm sense of humour made me feel right at ease and any concerns/ worries I had soon disappeared. The whole staiano team (Vicki/ Nicola) have been amazing throughout and have gone above and beyond to ensure my experience has been perfect! I have gave details of the staiano clinic to 2 friends who may in future be in-touch as they know how pleased I am! I would also like to say a huge thankyou to the Professionals who cared for me at the ASET hospital in Liverpool, especially the nurses who cared for me, absolutely wonderful and a credit to the hospital. Couldn't speak any more highly about this place! I previously had a scar from an appendicectomy followed by sepsis which dipped in quite a lot due to having it left open to heal. I was very self conscious when it came to bikinis etc because I just hated the way it looked! I wasn't aware that there was anything that could be done about it until recently and as soon as I knew it was possible, I knew I was having a procedure! I started researching and I couldn't find any faults about Staiano Plastic Surgery (good reviews, professional website etc), so I emailed and went for a free consultation. Everyone was so welcoming and made you feel right at home! It was such a relaxed atmosphere whereas I would expect a place like this to be quite daunting! I couldn't have been more wrong! I was extremely happy with the service I received and the knowledge of the surgeon. The surgeon really took the time to understand my situation and why my scar looked like it did, so that he could do what would be best for me and my skin. The surgery day came and I was SO excited! The surgeon explained what was going to happen before and during the surgery, step by step, which reassured me as I had never previously had local anaesthetic and been awake for surgery. I now love the look of my scar as it is so much more flat and makes my stomach look even on both sides. I couldn't thank the team enough! I don't usually write reviews but this place definitely deserves 5 stars all round, they are AMAZING!
