M. J.I have been treated successfully by John Dunscombe a number of times over the years for different back problems. I visited recently after having excruciating pain for around 4/5 weeks and was disappointed that I was still in pain the following day - although my neck and shoulders were much looser and relaxed. Then, about a week later, I woke up without pain and have been pain free since. He never fails to amaze me.
D. S.Went to my first ever chiropractor and had appointment with John after having issues with my middle back. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and was very good locating the problem & exact location with my spine. Both the initial consultation and treatment are highly recommend.

She is a quiet, professional lady with a huge amount of experience and she has an instinct when treating you that she knows what you need. The kindness shown to me by Dr Shen and her Practice Receptionist has made a huge difference during a difficult year and I am extremely grateful to them both. This is a very busy practice so I would advise anyone reading the very negative review below to trust the fact that many GPs/doctors go to Dr Shen for treatment rather than the strange review below.
A. W.I have received acupuncture treatment from Hua Shen at the BAC Centre throughout both my IVF cycles which worked first time on both rounds. I really believe these results were helped by Hua. I cannot recommend her enough - at times specifically around my egg collection and transfer she fitted me in to ensure I received my treatment when needed. Hua is such a lovely caring woman whom nothing seems too much trouble for. I would highly recommend Hua for fertility acupuncture. Thank you so much from me and my 2 miracle babies.

P.Had a trapped nerve in my shoulder, the lady that was looking after me every time i went was very good, i didn't finish all of my treatment due to money issues, but my shoulder is ok but i still need to go back and finish it. j. f.The room where I had my treatment was cold. The practitioner did not take the time to ask me anything or explain to me what was going to happen. I was then left alone for 10 minutes. It felt very impersonal and rushed. I will say that the treatment appears to be successful.
