I recently transferred to this surgery after 40 years with my old practice who unfortunately now have become so big, after amalgamating with other surgeries, they are unrecognizable and extremely hard to access. I have had several contacts with Kings Norton surgery now and can only say that the relief has been immense, firstly they do contact me when they say they will and secondly, and most importantly, their attitude is one of care and concern. My only regret is that I did not do this sooner. To me you are the epitome of what a doctor surgery should be and I thank you most sincerely for restoring my faith in a GP service.

The receptionist at the surgery are unprofessional and not helpful, sometimes rude and usually don’t let me speak. My experience with GP here is very good though, Dr. Nitesh Mistry is well mannered, compassionate, good listener and very knowledgeable which is rare to find. I believe the practice manager has to look into the receptionist team and improve it.

I'm so grateful to be a patient at these surgeries. Both Ash Tree and Kings Norton. Dr Andrew and Catherine Coward and their superb staff and GP's have managed to keep their caring, familal touch during these extreme times. I'm astounded at the lengths they have gone to, to ensure patients have access to treatment. Late nights, early mornings and even weekend appointments now. The waiting times are minimal compared to other surgeries and ease of access to speak to or see a GP is unheard of. My friends and family in neighbouring towns and different surgeries are waiting days or weeks and yet I can access a GP for advice or treatment on the same day. I'm so grateful for the staffs efforts and dedication to the surgeries and their patients. Thanks again all.

Amazing Service. My other half had an allergic reaction to an insect bite which had caused her hand and arm to swell badly in just a few hours. I rushed her to the doctors but without an appointment didn't expect to be seen. The receptionist advised that all regular and emergency appointments were all taken. However, after speaking with one of the doctors were able to rush us through. Within less than 10 minutes we had been seen by someone and were given a prescription for steroids that she was able to get from the chemist, and incredibly within 24 hours the swelling had nearly gone. This was our first visit to this surgery, and this experience was head and shoulders above what we were used to at our old doctors'. What a difference good staff can make.
