A HUGE thank you 😊 I am so happy with my results so far … healed really well and scar minimal! Everyone was very friendly and reassuring on the day with receptionist very attentive bringing my Dad (waiting outside) a coffee. Everything explained beforehand and procedure itself was virtually painless and was over quickly.

In May 2021 I had an upper eyelid blepharoplasty at Uk Skin and could not be happier with the results! I also had two facial moles removed at the same time. The clinic itself is very clean and calm when you enter, all the staff are friendly and super professional. I had an initial consultation and then returned 2 weeks later for the procedure. Everything was explained clearly and any questions I had were answered promptly even out of hours. The aftercare was fabulous and my only regret is that I wish I had had the procedure done years before!

Update: they have now made an effort to rectify the problem. I ended up going back for 'aftercare' and the people were far more welcoming than the first lot. Maybe the first time they were having a bit of an off day. I would have thought that for a private practise and the money you're paying that you'd be treated better. When I arrived I wasn't even offered a drink, particularly rude as they were then 20 minutes late. The consultation was non-existent, the doctor didn't even look at my skin issue until I was lying on the table. They refused to give me a price until after the procedure. None of the staff were very friendly or informative, I had to ask all the questions. I have no issues with the procedure, they were efficient which I liked but almost to a negative degree which should be reflected in the cost. I felt like I was being rushed in and out and all they cared about was getting the money. My quote was for the consultation, procedure, and after care. Well I can hardly call what I got a consultation and for aftercare they told me to go to my gp or a walk-in centre. It was only after being given the price and enquiring what after care I was paying for that they said the aftercare was an added free bonus and if I'd like to come back for it then I could. If it's an added free bonus then why was it included in the price and why was I told to go to a gp for it when I'm being charged for it? I'm happy to pay for what I get but to be charged for a service they tried to fob me off on the NHS for was quite audacious. I'd expect more from a private clinic you're paying so much for.

I required 2 moles to be removed from sensitive areas on my chin and upper lip. Right from 1st contact the UK SKIN Clinic (Kings Heath, Birmingham) was nothing but professional. From the quote via email to the actual procedure I was impressed with the service. Whilst not cheap, you’re paying for a 1st class private treatment in which you receive very good care and I once I’d received the quote I then had no further unexpected costs. I’d completed my own research on the surgeon that would perform the procedure (Dr Ouali) and was more than happy with his credentials so paid the required amount and booked my appointment. The appointment at the clinic was everything you’d expect a private practice to be, spotlessly clean, well maintained and the staff very friendly and thorough. The procedure was quick and painless and the results post healing are skin that has no visible scarring. I have had friends comment on how impressed they are with the results and have recommended UK SKIN clinic to them.

You can see why these guys have a 5* rating! Had a cyst removed today and they were great! Everybody is really friendly and I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable at all. The WhatsApp communication from the start was great, they are really informative. The procedure itself didn't hurt at all and the aftercare is explained thoroughly. I'll be sure to return again if needed and highly recommend them to others. Thank you!

The biggest complement I can give UKSKIN is the fact that I wasn’t rushed at all throughout this process. Getting my eyelid surgery done was a big big thing for me, and I’d been saving for a while, but they were the only people I spoke to who were genuinely nice and caring throughout the process. This makes a big difference when you have lots of questions and can be hesitant at first. Surgeon was really nice and caring too.

5 STARS FOR UK SKIN! For years I have been looking to have an old piercing hole removed from my lip, I had contacted many company's and surgeon's and never found the right one. I stumbled across UK Skin on Google and went directly to there website and saw alot of information on the company and surgeons and great reviews. I decided to send them a watsapp message and I had an instant reply and within the hour I was booked in for my consultation and procedure. Filled full of confidence from Jodie who gave me plenty of information and was extremely helpful and made me feel very positive that I had picked the right place. Within a couple of days I went to the beautiful clinic in Kings Heath were had my consultation and procedure with Dr Braham Ouali, so friendly and very professional. Ensuring I was fully aware of everything before I went ahead with the procedure. It has been 2 weeks now and WOW! For me it has been life changing! The hole has completely gone and I'm so happy with my result. You can hardly see any scaring and it is so neat and tidy. My husband was that impressed with the service I had he decided to get booked in to have a mole off his head, again something that for him would be life changing as it was very noticeable on his head. He has had amazing results just 1 week post surgery! He is also very scared of needles and he felt no pain or discomfort at all! Very reasonably priced and exceptional service from UK skin. I made contact through whatsapp which at first made me a little dubious- a reliable company being that easy to contact?! No need to worry- it’s a completely professional company and I was looked after throughout! Had a mole removed that I’d have since birth for cosmetic reasons only. It took 5 minutes, I was well informed before and after. It wasn’t painful during or after. They test moles that have changed for any cancer- mine was a birth mark so it wasn’t necessary. You can have it removed and stitched which will leave a slight scar but heal in a few weeks or (my choice) was to have it shaved and left to self heal which will take 3 months in full but leave no scar at all. Such a huge change for me to have had it removed- but such a small amount of effort! Seems crazy! Would definitely recommend.

Very good experience with UKSKIN: I had a back lipoma removed recently. Booking process was very efficient and they responded quickly to my initial enquiry through WhatsApp. A week later I was there for my procedure; the facilities were very clean and modern. I had radio frequency mole removal elsewhere in 2020 and it just didnt work, in fact it looked worse than before! I found UK skin on 13th Jan and after a few Wats App messages and photos from me they booked me in for 16th Jan. The only place I’d recommend going to have eyelid surgery done in Birmingham, I’ve had consultations elsewhere but never gone ahead until recently because I couldn’t have the procedure done locally. I was born with an ear abnormality where one of my ears was detached from my face, this was my main concern. Whilst in the consultation I was advised that my other ear was 1cm bigger than the other and this could also be corrected to look more symmetrical to the other.
