Fabulous service at whittle street I have removed my name owing to confidentiality and personal circumstances I had to book a visit to whittle street first time in many years I was treated respectively and kindness the male nurse which I asked for was so kind and made me feel relaxed and not ashamed I thank you all do much fir your kindness keep well and safe

From the reception staff, doctors, and nurses they are polite, friendly, and extremely professional Been coming here for years never felt embarrassed or nervous as the team are great, most of the time I'm in and out in 30 mins, but can take longer at busy times.

I went to Whittall Clinic today and this is probably the best clinic I’ve been to, I was seen by doctor Lottie and her assistant and they made me feel the comfortable I have ever been in a clinic, explaining throughly the issue at hand and how it could be solved. The waiting time to be seen was short also I’d recommend this clinic to everyone 10/10

After being fobbed off by an incredibly rude walk in centre employee i decided to call umbrella, practically in tears and desperate for an answer. They called me back in less than 5 minutes and the woman who answered was so incredibly kind. She made me feel at ease, helped me with an answer to my issue and genuinely cared about my well being. She made sure I was happy and comfortable and was never harsh or judgemental. I've only been to umbrella twice now but both times I have been treated with kindness and dignity; I've given up with standard walk ins but their sexual health clinics are amazingly staffed. They all deserve a raise.

It's a shame the Whitall Street GUM clinic gets such low reviews, because the service was fantastic. Both the receptionists were lovely and very helpful, the wait time was minimal with a booked appointment, and the doctors are thorough, caring and sensitive. Couldn't have asked for better really.

I am very scared of blood tests and the staff couldn't have been lovelier! The staff was simply amazing and made me feel very comfortable even though the situation was very stressful for me. You could see that the people working in there really care for what they are doing. The reason why you might not get in precisely at the time you have your appointment is because when you do get in, they will focus all of their attention to you and what you need.

Incredibly helpful, kind, knowledgeable and thorough staff. They put me right at ease when going in for a procedure I feared, and let me take my time recovering even though they were busy and running behind. The other reviewers are right; they do seem to often run late by a substantial amount, but the service provided is second to none.

I went to this clinic today to have an implant removed due to my own doctors not being able to do the procedure as it was too deep, i was a nervous wreck as I suffer with mental health and have very bad panic attacks and anxiety, from the moment I went in they made me feel so comfortable and not an like an annoyance, thank you so much to the doctor called Suzanne and the lovely nurse that helped, you guys are awesome and deserve a pay rise, thank you again.

This clinic is first class! from went you walk through the door the staff are friendly, discreet and helpful, this flows though out the time your there in all departments and also very professional I cannot fault it and appreciate what they do there for us all.
