j. v.Honestly brilliant staff, doctors do a great job.. getting a appointment is very hard tho as line is constantly engaged from 8:30 and all appointments are gone by 9.

l. n.As I've lived in Bournemouth all my life and had several surgeries over the years, this is by far the best in Bournemouth. Rarely do you get such a 5star service from receptionists, doctors and the nurses. They are all exceptional and go out of their way to help you.

During the last year, I have found on a number of occasions, everyone I have had contact with, from the helpful receptionists, through the practice nurses and doctors, to be both friendly, efficient and professional, always having time to listen and discuss matters as required.
