There has been the odd mix up or misunderstanding but I can see they have the best interest of their patients at heart and this genuine care is evident in the service that is given.

G.Almost two weeks since I had a urine test and still no results back!! Just ridiculous,in Sussex they come back very quickly.
Also blood test not labelled so have
had to take a second! Told lab often say this!!
What a useless stressful affair.
I have now uprated from one to four stars.
The staff are great and really helped me, it's not their fault.
It's the health authority who are to blame for the mess , it's their lab after all!!

H. S.Went to have my hormone implant replaced here. Quickest and cleanest I’ve ever experienced. Completed in under 3 minutes, didn’t really feel it and the bruise on my arm was very small and disappeared after a week.
For comparison, I’ve been elsewhere that took over 20 mins, my arm had swollen significantly and the bruise went all the way to the elbow.
