Got the job done in a prompt manner, only one ear required micro suction, but was still charged the full £80. Others similar firms charge £45 per ear!

First class on previous visits. No so good this time. I got my ear wax cleared (Bridgend Branch) in September 2020, 2 years after the previous treatment at the same place. It always takes about 2 years, has done for the past 30 years. This time it's lasted FOUR WEEKS. So it looks like it wasn't cleared at all. I'm going back in November to have it looked at again. So I'm not happy. We'll see if it can be resolved to everyone's satisfaction. ADDENDUM I went back and they fixed it perfectly the second time. No further charge made

After spending almost a year with diminishing hearing in my left ear I really did start to fear the worst. But an appointment with Malmo Hearing in Bridgend changed everything. At my appointment I was informed my left ear was entirely blocked up with ear wax and no amount of olive oil was shifting it. But 15 minutes of micro-suction put paid to the blockage and by the time I left my hearing was A1 and 2 months on my tinnitus is all but gone totally. Thank you Malmo Hearing
