Every time I visit, everyone (Caroline, Ellie, Daniella, Ayesha, Andreas, Vincent, Jackie.. to name but a few) is/are so friendly, they are so personable and make me feel very welcome. The team that do the procedures are very experienced and work wonders so I feel in safe hands from the moment I enter, until I leave and even with the aftercare! The results from facial procedures are amazing, I would recommend a consultation with anyone; you are safe to tell them your goals and they will 100% help you get there with honesty and a real approach.. that has instant/future results but that are long lasting and incredible! They might be on the upper end of the price scale, but you get what you pay for which is absolute brilliance!

The staff are welcoming and friendly and the premises clean, hygienic and well equipped. I had a consultation with Jacky and we talked about the treatments that I could have to improve my lids and reduce the bags under my eyes. She explained in detail the procedures and costs. I decided not to go ahead with surgical treatment to enlarge my lids as I didn't want invasive surgery. I discussed with my husband the possibility of laser treatment to reduce the bags under my eyes but he felt that I might not like the new look and so I decided not to go ahead with this either. So I am what I am and will just have to stay as My Old Me! I am however very grateful for the service provided. Thank you all. Jane

This is the best place I've been to for aesthetic procedures. Ayiesha is my go-to person but all the staff are great - very professional, very holistic and very good at what they do. I had some skin tags removed recently which were near to my eyes. I was initially a bit nervous, however, the nurse who performed the procedure was very professional and took great care. She did a great job of removing the skin tags and I am very pleased with the results. To anyone thinking of having their skin tags removed, I would highly recommend this clinic.

I highly recommend having dermapen treatments with Daniela. The difference is visible after one treatment - my pores were smaller, lip lines were less visible as was a scar on my cheeky. After the full 3 treatments I see improvement in the texture of my skin all over my face.

I have had really great results and with more treatments planned I'm going to continue to see the difference. As a woman in her forties I have very few photos of me since the age of 17 and haven't been happy with my appearance but this is starting to change after coming her for the past six months and I'm starting to look more like the me I want to be!

Lovely Clinic! I've tried a number of clinics in the South but this one feels the most genuine. Very kind and helpful staff who sympathise and understand your skin concerns. I suffer with acne rosacea and am currently trying a Skin Ceuticals non medical treatment and fingers crossed it's starting to show real improvements to my skin. So good to visit a clinic that truly understands skin and aren't just on the hard sell!

The atmosphere very calming and very clean. I went to New You for a consultation and advice for a long standing problem. I had an indepth consultation with a very experienced nurse who was extremely knowledgeable. She took time and care to assess me fully and give me advice tailored for me personally. I felt that my needs were understood and that she would be with me for the journey of my treatment rather it being a "one off' visit.

From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel relaxed and welcomed by everyone. I have never had a procedure done before, but the talented Dan Coventry put me at ease straight away. He patiently listened to my areas of concern during the consultation and a week later, I had my first set of Botox injections and Fillers. He was very careful and it was completely pain free. I am super impressed by his professional, yet friendly approach. After my injections, I then chatted to the other super friendly staff and have arranged a Hydofacial in a couple of weeks time. There was no hard sell and it was nice to chat about the various products and procedures available. Everyone is very nice and I look forward to my first Hydrofacial and my next appointment with Dan. It’s been 7 days since my injections and am looking forward to seeing the end result. I cannot recommend A New You enough. Keep up the good work all!

Would highly recommend! A friend of mine had recently had a hyrdafacial at A New You and told me to give it a go as I suffer from open pores which means I am prone to blackheads. The staff were so friendly, was offered refreshments immediately and made to feel really comfortable. I was a tad nervous as I did not know what to expect but the practitioner made me feel really relaxed and I am thrilled with the results! Could not rate the place higher, already planning my next visit!

I am so incredibly impressed. I can smile when I look in the mirror and like what I see. After a Hydrafacial, touch of botox and a little filler I cannot believe the difference in my appearance. Natural and glowing. No one would know I have had the treatments, I just look so healthy and the best bit............ a little younger.

I have had the most amazing treatments. Staff are really friendly and helpful. I had really bad skin and the hydra facials have helped me out tremendously. I have also been having the 3d lipo which is amazing, I was sceptical at first but I have really noticed the difference, especially from the backs of my arms and tummy. I have had the radio frequency and cavitation for most areas. They are really professional at 'a new you' and I cannot recommend them more! As a woman in my mid forties I was looking for a non-injectables solution to wrinkles and had no idea how many non-surgical options there are out there for people who don't want to go down the Botox and Filler route. I had Dermapen which is micro needling and RF which is Radio Frequency and after just one session (it's a course) the results are really extraordinary. My face looks more like when I was in my thirties and I'm feeling really confident. Such a wonderful and positive experience. I had a very painful and unsightly lipoma growth on my arm and A New You offered a highly effective and cost effective alternative to surgical measures. They used injections which have all but melted the thing away leaving me with no pain or scar, (or lipoma for that matter). I have never heard of this method of treatment in all my google searching ,and before I went in for a consultation I would never have guesssed that I didn't have to have a surgical procedure to remove the lipoma. I'm so pleased that I went with 'A New You' and thier cutting edge, expert techniques. The team are friendly and professional and I am amazed by the results.
