Been to Allison Jeffrey four times and she and her team have always been so amazing and welcoming. I’d never had filler before and have been really happy with how Allison has listened to what I wanted and built it up over time, and she always tailors treatments to what’s best for your skin and face shape. The results are always so natural and I always find the recovery to be really pain-free and easy when following Allison’s advice. I also love the extra service of a glass or lemon water or cup of coffee, and it’s free and easy to park outside the clinic.

Allison Jeffery and the team at her clinic are always friendly and welcoming on arrival. Customer service at reception is excellent, and I'm always offered a coffee and never wait long to go through. The clinic is spotless and everyone wears masks and is covid safety aware. A high end clinic with a very sleek, clean and contemporary feel. Top quality service from the team and always a friendly welcome. You're even offered complimentary lemon and mint water for that real detox/wellbeing feel. Allison made sure my treatment was tailored to my features and what I wanted to achieve, she recommended further beneficial treatments for my skin and was honest to discourage me from a treatment that she didn't feel would be so beneficial for me. Parking was easy and free, and it was so nice to visit a clinic that wasn't in the town centre so you weren't feeling rushed and stressed with the hustle and bustle. I am so impressed with my results and can't recommend this clinic enough.

I have been coming to Allison for a year now for lip filler, and just recently for profile work and the results I've received have been amazing. I find firstly that the clinic overall is exceptional with its cleanliness and boutique style appearance. *Designer lips*...... Just wanted to share my experience at the clinic... I booked Designer Lips back in February this year which my first ever lip filler treatment. I was recommended by someone I knew and as soon as I saw her result I knew I had to visit Allison's clinic. I was always conscious about my lip shape as the corners went down and as I got older in to my mid 40s I noticed they were getting thinner. When I met Allison for my first appointment I explained what wanted to achieve and my god I was not disappointed. In fact I was so happy with the result I recommended to everyone I knew who had considered lip filler treatment. So after the Lockdown I had another appointment in August and yet again, I was absolutely thrilled with the result and received so many complaints from all my friends and colleagues... I can honestly say it has given me the confidence and feel rejuvenate thanks to Allison. I highly recommend Allison's Designer lips treatment if you're thinking of getting it.. You won't regret it!

I have nothing but good things to say about Allison. I went in today for lip filler and correction- this is because I made the mistake of going to another clinician, who used a cheap product, overfilled them and essentially ruined all definition of my natural lip. Rather than being annoyed that I ruined her hard work from previous sessions, Allison told me not to worry and she fixed them with 0.5mil, massaged all the bumps and dodgy product to the point where my lips look amazing once again!! I still have a few more sessions to go but the change that I can see already is incredible and I couldn't be happier. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for absolutely but I believe with Allison you get way more than you pay for. My lips look more natural and plump and finally symmetrical once again :- D I will never make the mistake of going to anyone else again for my lips.

After a difficult 18 months, it was great to come back and have some treatments over the summer holidays! It's been 5 and a half years since I started coming to Allison's Skin Clinic and I have never been disappointed with the treatments or the service the clinic provides. I have had several different treatments over the years (both botox and fillers) with both the medical doctors and Jayne the Nurse Prescriber. Everyone has been polite, friendly and welcoming and when I have had treatments I have always felt completely at ease due to the professionalism of the team. The clinic itself is spotlessly clean and the reception staff are always friendly and welcoming. Staff administering the treatments talk through each stage of what will happen and discuss what type of results you are expecting, as the client, and what can be achieved. I have never been disappointed the results. I would thoroughly recommend this clinic to anyone who is considering treatments for the first time. Attended on Wednesday for designer lips. I have never had them done before. I was greeted by a really friendly lady at reception (who I believe was standing in due to staff sickness) I was made really welcome and put at ease. I’ve had the designer lip treatment by Allison multiple times now and have been absolutely obsessed with the results each time. During my first appointment Allison fully explained the technique she uses to inject the filler and why she does this to give the best long lasting shape and definition in the lips and made sure she had a strong understanding of how I wanted them to look before explaining the best way to achieve my look. I’ve wanted to maintain my natural lip shape but just have them look more full and each time I have come to have them done they have looked incredible and everyone who knows I’ve had them have been amazed at the fact that they still look completely natural despite having had 3ml of filler in them. The fact that my lip bottom is naturally slightly less full in one side would also bother me before I started getting fillers, after explaining this to Allison she has been able to make my lips look even again by slowly over time building up this area with the maximum safe amount of filler every time. I now have really full natural looking lips which have actually even led my friends who were previously against lip fillers to want theirs done too. I couldn’t recommend Allison highly enough she is the only person I trust with my lips and she does the most incredible job every time !

Having never had any cosmetic procedure, I was very hesitant that the flood of 5 star reviews were fake or misleading. However, I am so glad I took the chance! Highly recommend this clinic. I booked in with Allison Jeffery for the designer lips and Botox. Prior to visiting the clinic I had a bodged lip job. Which left me very conscious of my lips being uneven and top heavy. Allison worked her magic on them and completely transformed them. Allison completely restored my confidence. DESIGNER LIPS - ALLISON JEFFERY - I had been contemplating getting my lips done for quite a while, well over a year in fact, i do not have a top lip and was so worried i would end up with the duck lip, trout pout (which totally scared me) also the fact i am petrified of needles. I had several chats with Allison each time she explained thoroughly the process, and how she would shape them to look as natural and full as possible. Feeling confident for the first time i was in safe hands, i took the plunge and booked! Emma (the manger) was fantastic as soon as i walked through the door. Prepping my lips with the numbing cream and going through any medical history. Allison went for the 1ml Juvederm, talking me through the process before hand and taking pictures before the procedure. So what can i say? why didn't i do this sooner! she was fantastic, it was pain free, the look was unbelievable, better then i could have wished for! Not only do my lips look natural and plumper, the shape was incredible and actually lifted my whole mouth area! Allison showed me before and after pictures i told her that wasn't me before as looked 10 years older (no joke). I am now re-booked in to gradually build on making the perfect lips i thought i never would have! This is why going with Allison Jeffery someone who is a professional through and through from start to finish, and knows exactly how to give each individual the perfect lips! Allison Jeffery Clinic is in my opinion one of the best clinics I have been to ever in my life! I tried two treatments with them now for the past 3 years which is laser (hair removal) and lip fillers (designer lips). Laser hair removal at the Allison Jeffery Clinic is very efficient and pain free. They use a machine called Soprano Ice which uses cool gel to get rid of any hot sensations or prickly pains. And I saw a huge difference with just the first appointment. I highly recommend it and I've had a chance to have an appointment with each of the staff members and they're all just incredible and very professional. Designer lip, lip fillers is one of the most popular treatment the Allison Jeffery Clinic offers. I had Allison do mine and have had 1 ml Revolax a total of three times and 0.5 Juvederm. And the reason Allison did this is so we can maintain the shape and look without it looking fake (which is just brilliant). Allison is very soft and attentive if i'm ever in any pain or discomfort and makes sure to do whatever to make the end result to how I want it to be. The Allison Jeffery Clinic is a clinic that focuses on quality. I've been with the Allison Jeffery Clinic for many years and counting. One of the first treatments I've done with them is a 8 session laser using a machine called Soprano Ice. This type of laser actually incorporates gel and fast hand movements with the laser. I've found it to be very effective especially from the second session is when I saw a major difference in my hair growth. It reduced razor bumps as well as ingrown hairs and is fully pain free which is honestly the best part as most laser machines sting. Works with all body types and is great for any area of the body face, arms, legs and etc. Additionally its very reasonably prices, basically you get what you paid for. I would highly recommend it to anyone its one of the best high quality laser machines which is only offered in Allison Jeffery in Brighton. Right now its almost 60% off !

Had my pre-holiday treatments at the clinic so I'm looking my absolute best for my first girls holiday in years! Jayne the nurse is amazing, did botox for crows feet around my eyes and a little filler in my cheeks as am losing volume there. Both just gives me a boost and ensure I look fresher. I trust Allison and her team completely with my face! I have been for various treatments over the past 5 years and, although I am 47, people always guess my age as mid-thirties (which is REALLY LOVELY!). I am a vegan and passionately anti-animal testing and anti-products that contain animal-derived ingredients. All the treatments and products that I choose at Allison's clinic are vegan. I have tried a few clinics in Brighton and Hove with mixed results, the worst was a dropping eye after anti-wrinkle injections. I went to the Allison Jeffery clinic and she quickly put it right for me and was always available for aftercare. I tried Sculptra at her clinic and was seen by one of the UK's's best practitioners. Nearly 2 years on, my skin still looks really great! I have recommended many friends to see her as Allison Jeffery's clinic is safe and regulated and the results are amazing. A friend of mine raved about the Dermapen treatment at Allison Jeffery so I had to try it myself. Her skin now looks amazing, lines were reduced, and minor acne had gone. She doesn't need to wear foundation anymore! I have to say I has a similar experience, the therapist explained everything I needed to know, the treatment was easy and after a few days I could see improvements starting. A few weeks on fines are less visible and the hyperpigmentation I had is much less noticable, amazing! I will be having more Dermapen in the coming months...thank you!

Love love love this place... I have the juvederm smile lip fillers and it's such a wonderful product and by far one of the best ones I've read up on. They don't encourage you to spend more than you need too either as my 1st visit I wanted 2 syringes and they recommended I didn't for my 1st time based on my lips not being that small which I thought was great as often you'd think places would encourage you to spend more. Today was my 3rd visit And I'm so happy with the results and how well the products last as often places can't promise they'll even last 6 months where as mine lasted around 10 before I went back and I could have probably lasted another month. Defiantly recommend this place 100% such a lovely and friendly environment xxx

I attended this clinic last year for Botox on two areas - frown and forehead... It was the first time I had Botox and I was so pleased with the results. I decided to have botox one month ago today,as i was fed up with spending a fortune on expensive creams that did not work ,but looked good in the bathroom. I chose to go to allison jeffery in westdene on the recommendation from my aunt who owns a salon in london. it was a little tricky to find as we used a sat nav , after turning sat nav off and resorting to a map we found the clinic. once we arrived i was not disappointed ,the clinic its self is spotlessly clean,and very modern. the staff are really lovely,and put you at ease as soon as you walk in the door, i was quite nervous as i am not a fan of needles,so i put on some numbing cream before i left home,i was very numb and my crows feet looked really bad due to the cream drying out,but still i was numb. allison came out to meet me and discuss my needs, i wanted three area`s done,my frown line and my crows feet. i wasn't pushed to have any other area`s done,allison was really nice ,even though i probably needed botox or fillers elsewhere she didn't say as i knew what i wanted,but if you were not sure what was needed then allison would advise the best treatment for you. after a few forms to fill out, i was in the treatment room,where a prescriber nurse would be injecting me,her name was jane,she was so lovely,she explained what botox was, and where she would be injecting and did i have any questions, very thorough , i could have chatted all day to her as she was just so nice,the injections didn't hurt but i was so numb,but i could have been hit by a spade and i wouldn't have felt a thing. I took three days off work ,even though you don`t need it,i was unsure how i would be. that afternoon my crows feet area, felt a bit itchy,but didn't bother me at all,i didn't do any bending for 3days, i followed the after care advice and honestly 3days later i struggled to frown,but i could still see frown lines,within 14 days i had no frownline,no crows feet apart from a small area either side that was a tiny wrinkle. after 14 days you go back for a check up and to see if you need a top up,which is free.i did need a tiny amount in each crow,its a month on from my treatment from botox,and i am so happy with the results, no drooping eyes, no headaches.at last my make up sits on my face not in my wrinkles. I highly recommend allison jeffery i will be going back. thankyou all at allison jeffery.
