I came here for a rapid antigen covid test as I needed one to fly back home to the USA. I have had many of these test before in other countries; the last one leaving me a bit traumatized as they were unnecessarily aggressive and callous. I felt anxious coming here as a result. The staff were all very kind, understanding and professional with me. The nurse was gentle, not going deeper than necessary. Setting up an appointment was easy online, the wait very short, the price reasonable. I highly recommend Brighton Regenerative for your wellness needs. If I ever find myself in lovely Brighton again and in need of another test, I will definitely come back here.

Fantastic service. Had to get my 15yr old daughter a PCR test to fly to Dublin and needed it quickly. Booked it online within an hour, arrived, was warmly welcomed by lovely friendly staff, test was done and result received as promised by email within 24 hours. Would definitely use again. I had to get a lateral flow test quickly due to a sudden change of the rules for travel. My sister recommended them and it was easy to book an appointment online and paid £39 which is a reasonable price for an onsite urgent test. I came here with my family to a have a rapid lateral flow test fit to fly. I was worried from all the bad reviews that it would be a mess and we might lose our flight back home. Fortunately this was not the case. Everything went smoothly. The staff is so kind and thoughtful. They gave us our results on email and imprinted in less than 30 minutes with our certificate. Good service at the clinic, but a word of advice, if you have an early morning flight to the US or anywhere that’s requiring you have your test with 24 hrs either book the fast track or use another service. The stress of waiting for the results then having to upload them two hrs before leaving for the airport isn’t much fun.

Lots of negative reviews here for their Covid testing but my experience was positive. I booked a Day 2 PCR test in early December. They clearly book multiple people for the same slot as I did have to wait about 15 mins past my appointment time, but once inside, they were quick and professional. I got my results within 24 hours via email. I will be using them again.

We used this clinic for a same day fit to fly covid pcr. The test was at 13.25 11th January 2022 and results came through at 22.35 11th January 2022, definitely same day. We were advised on premises that the results would be with us by midnight that day so we were quite pleased with the turnaround time. Very professional and clean environment with quick and easy service from knowledgeable staff. Only bad point is the parking, as it always is in Brighton, however with a little research it is easy to find a road that isn't just permits (we used Hythe Road which had a pay to park machine) but this isn't their fault I just figured I'd add it for anyone reading this comment.

Easy online booking and prices were great (I googled a lot!). Clinic is full of smiley and helpful people, and we were in an out in five minutes. One of the lovely team even walked us back to our car with umbrellas when we left, to save us getting soaked! Totally recommend.

Excellent service , great staff. Having been let down by another testing company and missing flights plus costs , this experience was superb. We were reassured that the test results would be in time to catch our flight and indeed they arrived early . Tested at 9 am on Tuesday and tests results well within 12 hours . Online booking on behalf of someone else was a bit convoluted. If you're doing this, check the right person and their passport number is registered. Despite a phone call to them and rebooking, my details got mixed up with my daughter's. This was efficiently sorted out at the test centre. The test centre was well-staffed and everyone was friendly and put us at our ease. Results were emailed within 1.5 hours of the tests.

The staff here are great…friendly, polite, capable under pressure, witty, kind & efficient. Unfortunately, the laboratory (?) staff, wherever they are, (Brighton? London?) do not match up! I still hadn’t had my Day 2 test results by Wednesday, having had the test on the Sunday before. Luckily, I was home…but the same thing happened whilst I was abroad last week & needed the Booking Reference Number to put on my Passenger Locator Form!! You have only two days to complete that form! Not good enough Regenerative Laboratory..…so….sack the Lab…they don’t have their priorities right…. but promote the Brighton Clinic staff…yay!!!
