Sarah was exceptional for treating my foot ailment and less than 24 hours later I am in a lot less pain than I was. The swelling has reduced while I was actually there and I have continued to walk with more comfort today. The clinic offers various treatments, the therapists are always very kind & helpful, going as far moving to a treatment room on the ground floor so I did not have to struggle my way upstairs. I have also visited Nina Garstang for lymphatic drainage which has helped me immensely as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking for treatments for health benefits as well as for relaxation.

Great range of therapies available at the Holistic Health Clinic. I attended Natasha's regular Mindfulness group earlier this year which was great to clear my mind for the week ahead. A great therapist, kind and welcoming. Thoroughly recommended!

I have regular massages with Laurie Cooper - she is skillful, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. I can't recommend her highly enough if you're in training for a race or event and need a recovery aid, or if you just want to relax and treat yourself.

I saw Sally for some Healing, I went with an open mind and relaxed with my eyes closed in the session. Sally was nothing short of phenomenal. I came out of my sessions with complete renewed energy and I can not recommend a session with Sally more highly. A real treat and one that I look forward to again soon.

Went for a glycolic peel with Dr Ayanna, I have been suffering with adult acne for a few years now and have herd this treatment is fantastic for that, so I had my first one on Tuesday, and instantly I could see results, I look forward to having some more glycolic peels to see even better results. I certainly recommend this treatment for anyone suffering with acn. Dr Ayanna was also great with providing lots of useful information and good aftercare :)
