The best GP practice. All staff are so caring and always make the time. Appointments are always given in good time and the reception team is brilliant. I've been with Links Road Surgery for over 15 years and I'm so grateful to them!

I have been at this surgery since I was 4, I'm now 34! In every industry we have our issues with someone or something. So yes sometimes it can be frustrating having to wait a bit longer than your appointment time but I fully understand there is a good reason for this and people need to be more understanding and patient. The support I have had from Dr Ebbage is incredible. If you have a invisible illness like myself to be told it's all in your head is common BUT Dr Ebbage is supportive and listens to you. Can not recommend this surgery enough.

I can't rate this doctors practice enough. All the reception staff are excellent, polite and very accommodating. The doctors I see are always professional, caring and listen. The nurses are wonderful to. I honestly have to say this is one best surgery around this area and would highly recommend. Keep up the good work and thank you all the reception team, doctors & nurses for what do for me even tho I'm a pain in the rear.

Although some Doctors and Nursers are very good there- including Dr Alderman, I have been kept waiting for ages on number of occasions. They seem to overbook the system, despite coming in early to wait more than half an hour with 2 kids with no kids toys or equipment makes it almost unbearable. Patients seem to come in and go- in like 5 minutes intervals so I don’t get why such delays in the morning already. If it’s is a one off I could understand but it happened so many times I simply have to change Doctors- that was actual advice of reception stuff to do if we are not happy. It’s good that u can get same day emergency appointment but if u book in advance u expect to be seen on time - or at least not after long wait. I have been to few GPs and always only move due to moving house but this time it’s as service is not good, also never have to wait so long for on so many occasions.

I have been at Links Road since I was a child. Dr Ebbage is fantastic, always going the extra mile for her patients. The reception team and nurses are all so friendly. Definitely none of the typical “Drs receptionists” here. Dr Ebbage has been so kind to me this week after losing a close friend. Thank you Links Road.

Have been to this surgery for many years now, Dr. Khot was a great doctor and Dr. Ebbage is a great doctor too. However, I was recently booked in with Dr. Alderman who in my experience was very condescending and arrogant from the minute I walked into his office, especially considering my physical state at the time. The reception team took quite a while to book me in for this appointment with him (which is understandable), but it actually wasn't necessary. Therefore, Dr. Alderman sent me home with a dubious promise to write a slip of paper allowing me to 'travel' (costing £25!) at the last minute. I never needed it, and never needed his attitude. Someone tell him to grow up.

I have been a patient at this surgery for many years and have always received excellent advice from my GP, Dr Alderman. The nurses are also particularly friendly and helpful as are the receptionists. All in all, a first class service.

I have had Dr Coleman as my doctor since I become a patient at links road and have always trusted her and have had excellent care given by her . The other doctors at the practice that I have seen when Dr Coleman has been away were also excellent I love them all , the nurses are brilliant and so are the receptionists always very helpful . Very sad to heat Dr Coleman is retiring but I wish her all the very best xx

Have to give this 5 stars because the staff are out of this world. They do a great job and it feels like a family . Very warm and kind people . Dr ebbage is truly the best out there and the kindest doctor I have ever known .
