z. b.I have attended regularly over many years due to an ongoing condition. I am always seen promptly when I need an appointment and am treated with great kindness and care. All the staff go out of their way to accommodate my other health problems and disabilities and are very supportive. I’m very grateful for the way that all the staff treat me with sensitivity and always feel that I’m in good hands. Many thanks to all at the clinic.
T. W.I cannot praise the centre highly enough.. Seen within two weeks of gp referral and then incredibly good service throughout my appt. Everyone without fail was kind, friendly and welcoming. The whole process was efficient and sympathetically handled. Extremely thorough screening and clear explanations made the whole thing so much less stressful. Keep up the good work. Your professionalism and dedication shines through and completely makes a difference to everyone who steps through the door
A. H.I visited the centre today , having been recalled after a routine mammogram. Obviously I was worried but all the staff there were amazing. From a phone call from lovely Suzi this morning, followed up by her explaining everything, to the kind and caring ladies doing the mammogram and the doctor.....all respectful and smiling. All ran very smoothly and I felt I was in very good hands. Thank you!

G.Today I visited the Preston Park Centre for routine screening, i was seen by Yzo , the most cheerful & loveliest Person, She put my mind at ease after having them in the past, with lots of good tips, it was a wonderful experience, everyone in the Centre were all so lovely and cheerful. Its not an appointment any of us look forward too, but when they are like they were today it made such a difference & I wouldn't be concerned in the future to have my appointment :)

A. K.Travelled to my appointment nervously. All I can say is The Park Centre is a real flagship for our wonderful NHS. I was treated in a very calm and friendly way. Lovely staff. Telephone calls were friendly and reassuring. It has all be refitted with state of the are equipment. Thank you all for making my appointment as easy as such an appointment could be. L. L.As with many NHS facilities, there is no parking on site and often a wait to be seen, but it is the care given that deserves five stars. All of the staff do their best to support, keep you updated, provide the best treatment they can and make sure you are aware of services on offer. It also has a smaller, local and more friendly feel and is less intimidating than going to a large hospital.

The staff and nurses I saw on floor 2 were wonderful, caring and thorough. With excellent bedside manners and a genuine desire to do the job right and help.I was very grateful for this treatment and it made the experience palatable and reassuring.
Yes parking was an issue but the travelodge next door was fine to park.

F.People may like to leave negative comments, but with out this place Id not have beaten my breast cancer, or the treatment after, I do however feel parking is horrendous, but the staff always do their best in the tough situations that they face daily, they try and make it as positive as they can, bearing in mind most people are not in there for the happiest of circumstances. We are lucky to even have a facility that we can use. My partner or family have always been allowed to come with me for support unless its in the actual imaging room, some staff have not always had the nicest characters but the surgeons and oncologist have been amazing. overall great, just the little touches could be changed to make all patients time here more easier and caring i guess, I do find it weird how we are all treated different, from what i have read on the other comments, a lot of people have not have a great experience, which is sad as this is such an important subject x
E.I visited the gp which i had a referral for the breast care unit, the staff were lovely, for as long as i can remember i have been wanting a breast reduction not just for the physical pain i had but for the metal pain too and althought the waiting list was long (2years) i finally got it, my surgeon was lovely and very reassuring i had a follow up to see if i still wated it also which of course i said yes, without them, i wouldnt be able to do the things i do with my son now which i couldnt do before, im so very greatful, my life has been changed for the better
