Wellsbourne is generally a good practice. Sometimes you have to wait on the phone, sometimes you cannot book an appointment for the day you want. But this is not as bad as other doctors I have used before.
I like that you can book appointments and order prescriptions online, it's very simple and more convenient than any other way of doing this. You can also request access for a relative, so I can order my elderly parents medicines for them very quickly. You can also register online, without showing passport and papers, which is really easy for everyone.
Doctors and nurses are very kind when you speak to them and receptionists are helpful. One of the secretaries was also very nice and helped me when my father's referral was refused by the hospital.

This clinic has proved to be a fantastic support to myself and my young child. I joined over two years ago and the receptionists have always been extremely helpful and accommodating and the nurse practitioners and doctors superb. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Good Doctors. I like the new website feature where you can send your problem to them and someone replies to you. I was going to run out of tablets before my phone call with the doctor, but I sent this in to the website and someone prescribed me enough tablets for two weeks.
Sometimes they're really busy, but once you get trhough the receptionists always try to help you. They've been open all year, too, which is better than some other doctors that my friends go to.

I've had a great experience this week. Really nice American lady on the phone at reception put me on to someone who asked me some questions. Then a doctor called me in the afternoon, five minutes on the phone with her, got a prescription, a blood test, and a referral. Sorted.

I have been with this surgery almost 10 years, and it's had its problems like many others especially with changing reception staff.. but in recent times, it's excellent - ESPECIALLY the reception staff! As others noticed, they can't do enough for you, Tina and Lucy in particular really care that you get problem sorted and often go the extra mile while under a lot of pressure. Easy to criticise. Some people enjoy it! Doctors seem to have settled into a really good team now, and the atmosphere there is noticeably good.

Moved to area and joined surgery last September. Have been really impressed with level of care. Have severe Mental Health issues and anxiety and all team respect this showing patience, empathy, and support. Especially Jamie, & Dr Beasley. I visited surgery last week for blood test - felt very safe with all precautions in-place and welcoming, reassuring, and efficient reception & nurse. Thanks to all.

Been with them fourteen years now, the old place before. Although it seems more and more difficult to get an appointment these days, I think that's pretty much the same everywhere. I find the doctors, the nurses and the reception staff all to be excellent. Especially the reception staff who iv watched taking calls from frustrated people and they have the patience of saints at times. A well deserved five stars from me.

I’ve been with the surgery for a few years now and I’m pleased with the improvements to services since it’s been taken over. Recently I needed a blood test but due to my working hours it was very hard to find an appointment time that I could attend. The GP, receptionist and Health Nurse did their utmost to fit me in at a time I could manage the following day. There are lots of things in every GP surgery that we could complain about but we rarely highlight the many times when the service is excellent.

I never have a problem with this surgery, i always manage to get an appointment and the reception are always more than happy to help make sure that i get a convenient appointment without to many questions. I may not always see my own doctor but the ones i have seen have taken the time to read my notes and listen to me.

Really disappointed with the reception staff.
Such careless attitude, not the first time I’ve experienced that.
If I come with a problem, there’s never a solution, you get sent away.
Doctors and nurses are lovely, but the reception is a let down.
Being a patient of a Gp surgery, I expect to be looked after and made to feel like my concerns are dealt with accordingly.

Absolutely wonderful, always have a positive visit and the staff are very helpful especially Tina, Lucie, Denise and Debbie always happy to help and are very professional and polite!
