I have been a client of Alex for around 7 years now. From before Alex started her 3 Ciao Bella Clinics. I wouldn't go anywhere else the care Alex and her team take to discuss the treatments with you is above and beyond. If they feel you don't need something they will say which is very refreshing. The ease of booking and the appointments is 2nd to none, Alex and her team are fantastic if your thinking of having a treatment done go for it with a consultation you wont look back. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would 10's all the way!!! Thank you Alex and Ciao Bella your very special people. I just wish she would open a clinic in my home town!! Very knowledgeable practice. I had a consultation and botox with Tracy today. We spoke about a past experience (with another practice) where i felt my realistic expectations were not met. I would recommend Ciao Bella to anyone. I considered having tear trough filler treatment for a long time but was nervous about the outcome. Alex carried out a thorough and very professional consultation ensuring my full medical history was considered. I am so happy with the treatment, it has helped my genetic under eye circles immensely. I have also had Botox at the clinic which has helped ease my frown line so much. Everything about the clinic is 5star, it’s spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and professional and are trained to a very high standard, the aftercare is amazing - Alex replied personally to my email when I had a specific query. Would highly recommend Ciao Bella Aesthetics. I had been following them on Facebook for a while before I decided to take the plunge and finally see someone about my rosacea and acne prone skin. I had my first consultation with Alex and she was fab with so much knowledge, she really put my mind at rest. When you have bad skin it’s really scary ditching your old routine and starting a new one, but Alex really made me feel comfortable and that we are on this skin care journey together. I was so nervous for months on getting my lips filled as needles are one of my biggest fears, but I did my research and followed CB’s work for ages and decided they were the best place to go. Alex done my Botox and lips and I can’t explain how happy I was with the results. Alex went through everything with me at my consultation for Botox after leaving I was at ease and even booked my lips as well before hand, I was very nervous and always wanted my lips but I couldn’t bring myself to do so. Absolutely brilliant. I had a face peel 2 weeks ago and the difference already is amazing. I have wanted this treatment for years as my skin was very poor. Age spots from too many sun beds. Big pores and dry spots. I was always too nervous to go through with the treatment however from the minute I met Alex, she put me at ease, explained the treatment, what to expect, all what to do afterwards to protect my skin. Although I live miles away from Alex and can only have treatments a few times a year it is worth the wait. I personally wouldn’t go anywhere else. Would definitely recommend.
