Perfect Location, Perfect Set Up! Sarah is most welcoming and on the day I went she had a trainee she was demonstrating to and she was so professional but very personable. Sarah was great, catered for my nut allergy and wiped down all surfaces etc even though I didn't need any oil treatments. Talked me through the process and how to best care for my ears. She was recommended by a friend and I will definitely be doing the same and recommending her to friends. She's professional, lovely to chat with and great value for money.

The service I received today was completely professional, also very friendly and reassuring. Having a problem with both ears, most acutely in my left, Sarah had to use both the micro-vacuuming and the syringing. The process was smooth and the end result is a night and day transformation.
