Always experienced good service from this practice, the receptionists are polite, but fair with people often in difficult circumstances. The gp has called back quickly for telephone consultation and they seem thorough when you need to follow-up in person. Keep up the good work in a pressurised situation.

After a very traumatic week the receptionist at the medical centre could not have been more helpful, friendly and supportive. The surgery subsequently rang me back in less than 2 hours to speak me. Made a massive difference to my day after a really bad week.

Best medical centre I’ve dealt with. Always polite and friendly, always able to get an appointment when needed for myself and my babies. Their phone consultations are so very handy when the issue is not urgent but you need some advice. The doctors and also the midwives i have seen here were all lovely and professional, in particular Dr Dixon and K Smith. Thank you for looking after my family.

I have always had good experiences with the reception staff and doctors here. Today i brought my son in with a minor head injury and the receptionist was very helpful and a lovely nurse saw him straight away. Thank you for your excellent care.

Very pleased with the service. I was particularly impressed with the recent flu clinic which was held at the cricket ground. My husband and I went on different days and both of us were in and out in minutes - very efficient. I know it must have taken a lot of organisation and planning to extend the vaccination programme this year - thank you GRMC.

Since my arrival to Bristol over 18months ago my doctors surgery has been extremely helpful and excellent care and compassion and genuine support given to patients receptionists are extremely important and helpful in understanding my situation and compassion given always and it is nice to report that this is the case as many people I've spoken to dreaded attending thier doctors surgery and causes many people to leave health care needs to last as a emergency but many people by then go on to experience all sorts of issues ect I being 1 of them people for 43yrs of my life can say just how important it is to have a surgery that is compassionate and considerate to your mental pycological pyicical health care needs and Gloucester rd doctors surgery is highly recommended by myself over all option is very satisfied and just wanted to get a message to others that struggle to go to doctors for all reasons if you have a medical problem pick up phone and get appointment straight away as it's vital for you and your self care needs godbless Emma 😀

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and checked in at the desk. All ok. Still sat waiting for my appointment 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Not once was I told that the doctor was running late. Appalling as some of us only have short time frames to have appointments in our work schedule and god knows appointments are scarce so you take the first one you can get! If only I had been informed the doctor was running late I could of possibly rescheduled instead of having to ask and find out myself. Just a little bit of diligence would have been nice. And no apology when I mentioned it either!

Staff are friendly and doctors are fine, I understand sometimes they can be overwhelmed with the amount of people they have to deal with each day, so there are obviously longer waiting times unfortunately but this does not happy every time I've been.
