Easily the best GP I've been registered with. Very friendly and helpful staff (both clinical and non-clinical). Never felt judged or misunderstood. They've always been brilliant with my young son too!

Transferred to this surgery 3 years ago (change of living location) always have really good service from Kennedy Way and the Doctors, majority of receptions are friendly as well.
The phone system in the morning can be slightly frustrating, but when you’re needed to be seen this happens the same day - my personal experience has been really good.

I found Dr Morrisson to be an excellent doctor he helped me when I was so ill. He explained everything and calmed my nerves. This was after asking 3 doctors at the practice to help me as I was in so much pain. This is the first time speaking to Dr Morrison and will definitely be requesting for him in the future. I would highly recommend Dr Morrisson.

Apart from having awful trouble getting through on the phone, when the on-line appointment system wasn't work. I can NOT fault the staff here, they work extremely hard and have always responded promptly once I have got through to the surgery. Phones being busy was explained by the receptionist as a covid injection letter sent out by the government in error (causing overload on the phones - not KWS fault). Felt so sorry for her. Keep up the good work, understand your struggles and thanks for your excellent support

It's a fab doctors surgery, definitely better than my old one! I love the fact that you can speak to a doctor the same day & don't have to wait months for an appointment.

Phone triage service is great, can often get same day appointments if urgently required. lovely, caring staff. I have been registered to this surgery all my life and they are fantastic! deserve 10 stars!

Always have had great care from this surgery and staff. No problem getting an appointment and never feel they dismiss my concerns

Good medical care, good reception staff, although the telephone appointment booking system could stand some improvement. At present, it's very gladiatorial with dozens of people trying to get through at the same time from the moment the place opens. The number can often ring engaged for 30 minutes or more.

Brilliant doctors & nurses. Looked after my wife and I, have found the surgery very pleasant to deal with.

I've been a patient at this practice for almost 30 years... and I have always found it to be an excellent surgery, very efficiently run. The receptionists are always friendly and very helpful, the nurses are all such lovely, happy girls.....and all the doctors are wonderful. I've never had any problems getting appointments......(but I don't mind at all WHO I see!)...... and advice is freely given when requested.
The new in-store pharmacy is a massive boon, with really helpful people running it. It's a brilliant service all round, and I'd like to sincerely thank all the doctors, nurses and staff for the many times my family and I have been treated by them!

Not easy to get through on the phone, but other than that they are all lovely - The pharmacy is open late, and often times you can get same day appointments. They deserve 6 stars really, pretty outstanding medical establishment.

Been registered here for over 20 years still a good practice. But not keen on having to ring up for follow up appts the doctor has asked you to make.
If like my husband you have to work its not easy keep having to ring every time

I find the surgery to be polite and punctual. Wait times for appointments are long and appointments are too short, but that seems to be the case everywhere these days. I think there need to be something between an "urgent" and "routine" appointment. Routine appointments are usually 3 weeks to 1 month away, and urgent is same day. If you have something that's kind of urgent then you don't really know what to do. It makes you feel like you have to embellish your symptoms over the phone because waiting a month is simply not acceptable for a lot of things. The other alternative is to constantly book and cancel appointments so you have one just incase. I'm sure this is frowned upon but they really don't leave you a choice.

Never a problem there. As with any "business" you'll get staff you won't get along with. Considering all the bad press about GP appointment's, never let me down and the staff are very helpful.

Good service. Remember nothing in this world is perfect, if you winge about the service given....move to India and then you'll soon be back to give 5* reviews!
