S. M.Helen has treated me for a whole host of ailments over the years from shoulder pain, back pain and digestion problems. I remember one specific instance where I had back pain, which I often did from the lifting I do at work. I felt this one particular needle hit the spot and when I got up the pain had disappeared. Most recently I have been diagnosed with a women's health issue which caused me to be hospitalised. Helen has been treating me for this several times a week due to the severity of the issue. Helen is most knowledgeable about her practice and has a caring manner that puts you at ease. I also really appreciate the treatment space. It has a comfortable and personal feel rather than these stark, clinical settings. I fully recommend Helen if you're looking for an experienced and effective acupuncturist, or also if you are new to acupuncture and need to be guided through it a bit. She's your gal.
R. W.I was recommended acupuncture with Helen by a family member who had been successfully treated for pain. I am recovering from Long Covid. The pain in my legs has virtually gone! And my fatigue has been much improved. My headaches/ migraines and restless legs have also stopped. She is very reasonably priced for her level of knowledge and experience. She treats the body as a whole and gives good recommendations for other lifestyle changes that will help . I’ve really enjoyed my treatments and always feel relaxed and heard. I have managed to avoid using strong prescribed medication for pain by going to see Helen which is great!

I went to see her for a pre existing health concern which resulted in very achy muscles. Every session I came out feeling a million times better. I even kept going after my aliments subsided as it was such a lovely relaxing hour away from a hectic lifestyle. could not recommend Helen and her treatments more.
