Amazing amazing service. The nurses are so professional and friendly, I am Utterly satisfied with their service. I had a deep cut in my finger joint, so it was bleeding quite heavily. I was so nervous. The nurses left no stone unturned to make me calm first, They were joking, trying to make me feel relaxed. It was not even my GP, I had no options on that severe moment, as it was bleeding quite heavily, and the centre was the nearest. They connected with my GP by their own knowing that I was supposed to go to my GP without even caring about any formalities. Everything was just alright after I went there. All I want to say is, Thanks for being so amazing and may almighty bless you all.

I have had occasion to use this facility several times now for myself and the kids, and I can honestly say that each time, I’ve been blown away with their fast and friendly service. The staff are excellent, very welcoming and do everything to put your mind at ease. Even though you are in and out quickly, you never feel like you are being rushed. Highly recommend this facility if your condition is appropriate! Well done to the staff and thank you!!

Called in this morning not knowing if I could be seen with my ailment. What a team, friendly, welcoming and reassuring. Was called within a couple of minutes. Nicky in triage had the pleasure of seeing me and she made me feel very relaxed. Two of her colleagues came in to see me too. Great advice, reassurance, explanation and 'time'. THANK YOU .. I took my daughter here today. I parked in the one hour car park thinking I would have to move as there was no way I’d be in an out in an hour. I was wrong- it was twenty minutes! My daughter (nearly 3) was seen within ten minutes and they sorted out her Pulled Elbow there and then. I was delighted! I never review but felt inclined to today as it was such a great service. Thank you Lesley who was AMAZING!

Took my daughter here this morning with a potential leg injury after a fall. Amazing service. Nurse triage, doctor examined, xray and review/teatment all done within an hour and half. Lovely staff all very friendly and accommodating to my child's needs. Even gave a her a cute Teddy bear for a being a good girl.

Best place in the whole UK!I can't rate them enough!!! Every time we went there we always got the best care ever!Bear in mind we are foreigners and not everyone likes us,we have been told in our local clinic that there's no spaces available,and we went there to see it with our own eyes and the place was empty,we went to the hospital a d they didn't class it as emergency and he have been asked not to come again there,also we have been sent to the GP!The GP is always full,for the last 4 days...Soo yes, that's the only place where I would go even for an advice!Thank you guys for being professional and really helping people no matter what country they are coming from!!!

Parking is not easy, especially if you’re on your own and are infirm since there’s no dedicated parking. From public car parks it’s not at all clearly signposted if you don’t know the area. However, once there the staff are all very friendly, very supportive, and very knowledgable. Excellent clinical service from the nurse seen.

I went to the drop in centre with bad dog bite, everyone of the staff I saw there where marvellous, I was treated with kindness, caring and professionalism, I was seen and dealt with within two hours and an appointment made for me for the next day at Southmead hospital to see the plastic surgery team. Fastest NHS service I’ve ever been to. Was seen within 5 minutes of sitting down.

Useful location for local residents, can get busy and is somewhat scruffy. Car parking is amazingly free, and consequently there are hardly any spaces. Luckily there are other free parking within a short walk.

Amazing experience! I sprained my wrist on Wednesday and decided to go get it checked out. Living in Cardiff and hearing about 23hour wait times in the Heath I decided to put it off until my trip to Bristol.. So glad I did as it was a pleasure talking to all of the staff who were exceptionally lovely. Lesley was so wonderful, caring and kind. During the whole process I was told what was going to happen so no waiting around wondering what is next! I was in and out in under an hour! Beyond grateful to the staff, they are the best I have ever come across.

An amazing service today on the occasion when my wife fell on ice in our lane. Polite, efficient, professional staff at every level. Luckily not too busy but steady stream of walking wounded were dealt with. Our own vist was two hours and scarcely any time waiting for treatment. X ray and assessment all completed in that time. A very good facility for minor injuries and walk in problems. Thank you all !!!

Staff were very friendly (reception, nurse practitioner and radiographers). Went on a quiet day but in and out with triage, x-ray and results in just over an hour. Didn't give 5 stars as not experienced during a busy time, but I'd imagine same great care, just longer waiting times.

Came with my wife after waiting hours in A&E at our nearest major hospital and not being seen. We had heard of others waiting 24 hours etc. Here she was seen, xrayed and out in 35 mins. On top of that all the staff were lovely.

Very speedy xray and review on a Saturday afternoon. Staff extremely helpful and caring. I was there a long time while we waited for Orthopaedic opinion from Southmead, staff kept chasing the referral and made sure I was kept informed. A really useful local service. Thank you for looking after me.

Fantastic service. Went to get a thorn removed after failing to remove it ourselves the day before. 9am on a Sunday morning it was really quiet. My nurse was incredibly friendly, helpful and kind (and managed to successfully remove a very stubborn thorn!).

Went after damaging my shoulder falling from steps. Arrived 8:15, seen by triage nurse, nurse practitioner and 3 x-rays taken and reviewed by nurse practitioner, all done by 9:30. Seemed very efficient.

Fantastic service and staff I Suspected little one broke his elbow but he wouldn’t let me take his jumper off to look. Seen extremely fast, while being assessed he let the wonderful lady take off his jumper she said straight away it was broken but only to me as to not worry my son. Rushed to x ray again lady was amazing with him back into a room to be casted for journey to children’s hospital where another lady gave him badges for being so brave. Can not fault them they were 100% friendly focused and fantastic. They treated us so well and were nothing horrible of amazing. Well done guys considering the pressure you are under with so many people waiting.

We feel very lucky to have this incredible service on our doorstep. We have used it a few tines over the past 5 years or so and it just continues to get better. The staff are always amazing - professional, helpful and incredible with my 2 boys!

After no joy with getting appointment with leap valley... I have ended up in so much pain I went to the walk in for help I seen nurse and she said as she was not a Dr and could see that I have infection in lump under my arm that I go straight to Dr and demand appointment which I am here now doing.... Even though there was nothing she could do she was polite kjnf and helpful and so was the receptionist.

Well placed but parking is a real issue, with people parking in the NHS spots to go elsewhere. Access to midwife area is a little awkward as you need to wait to be let in.

My little boy broke his arm and we needed to have an x-ray. Obviously he was very upset and in a lot of pain but we were incredibly lucky to be treated by Carl. I cannot begin to tell you how amazing the man is, he put everyone at ease, sang to my 5 year old, told jokes, gave him a teddy with matching bandage on the arm. Carl is amazing, above and beyond really doesn't cover it. Thankyou so much :)

I have visited several time lately for various reasons and on all occasions the A frame board is out saying now closed due to demand. Not reliable anymore ! Such a shame as I have found the unit excellent in the past .
