We had such a great experience at this clinic in Cardiff with the circumcision of our first baby boy at 1 month old. Dr Khan was great in terms of his explanation on how we can take care of our baby boy in the days following the procedure. Both parents are allowed to be with the baby during the procedure. Both doctors conducted the procedure professionally and every step was explained to us. Our baby took it all quite well. We also had a check-up appointment a week after the procedure to make sure everything was okay. Overall a very positive experience and would recommend.

My husband and I were very pleased with the support we received when our 6 week old went in for his circumcision. The staff were friendly and polite and everything was on time. DR khan was great during the procedure, our boy didn't cry at all he was very calm as they used anaesthetic 20-30mins before (which I was very pleased about.) Healing processes was quick, the swelling went down 4 days after the procedure and the ring fell off on day 7 in his nappy. He's 6 months now and all is well.

As an adult undergoing circumcision, I was a bit nervous as I had heard that it was a complicated and painful procedure for an older person, but the doctor and staff at the clinic were very friendly, professional and understanding of my situation. Our son had a circumcision here. A rare bleeding complication occurred - We to see Dr Khan after the operation but went home as bleeding had stopped. Painkillers we're given by doctor khan. Our son wasn't given stitches due to anesthetic risk. Doctor Khan followed up to make sure everything was OK after we went home the following day. Bleeding recurred however we went to a hospital in bristol instead as cardiff was too far and the bleed was heavy. Our son had an emergency operation under general anesthetic. The main hospital was very busy with a lot of emergencies there was a slight wait but they did the best they could. The circumcision was completed and now looks healed however due to the complication it took longer. We did sign a disclaimer and unfortunately bleeding was a risk that could happen. Most hospitals don't have staff that specialise in circumcisions so its best to have a circumcision at a local hospital where its easy to reach if there is an emergency situation such as a bleed or possibly stay in Cardiff for a few day after the operation so if there's a complication the clinic could be easily reached. We we're allowed in the room to watch and support our son during the circumcision. Most hospitals don't allow that. Everything has been resolved. Thanks.
