Ensure you download the health app that it states to download and register before you arrive as that makes the process a lot quicker. You will need your passports (I cant remember reading about bringing a passport, took one just in case and found a lot of people didn't bring theirs) We queued outside, they call you in your booking slots but don't make that obvious so at one point we were just standing around outside with a group of people who weren't sure either so just FYI. They scan the qr code on your health app to register your appointment and the process took about 4 minutes. I did read a few reviews about how people didn't receive their pcr results on time and in our instance we had connecting flights and needed it by the second flight so was a bit worried. Had our pcr at 8.20am and paid for the 'results before midnight' and obviously checked frequently that evening and didn't have anything. I cant be sure if we had it by midnight as I fell asleep but woke up frantically at 4am and our results and 'fit to fly' certificate were both on the app. Pleased with the service we received, will definitely use again if needed!

My wife and I had our pcr tests carried out this afternoon at 1440hrs, just had our NEGATIVE results back at 2330. Outstanding!! Thank you to all the polite and professional staff who served us. Well within the 24 hrs as stated.

Took my daughter for a PCR fit to fly test three days before tavel. Appointment booked for 2:30pm but got there 2pm. Was seen to early and was out of the by 2:05pm. Negative result back at midnight in email. Can't fault the service.

Took my daughter here for a fit to fly pcr. She had the test at 11am and I had an email by 8am the following day to confirm her negative result. Well within the 24 hour window. The staff at the centre were lovely and very helpful in explaining the process. All seems well organised. Phone service were great too. When I realised I had booked the wrong test, a quick call had them switch it over to a fit to fly pcr with no fuss. Can recommend.

Quick, and efficient process. Results were back in less than 13 hours. It was a bit chaotic on arrival due to people not completing the information required on the app. Thankfully I had followed the instructions to complete this so it was very straightforward. Based on this experience I’d recommend.

Used Cardiff Dam 3 times now. Very friendly staff, efficient & easy to use. Results for PCR within the day & Antigen was 2 hours. Easy to park. Just turn up on time & have the Health app ready on your phone.

Went to Cardiff for my PCR test fit to fly. Staff at the clinic was excellent made me feel at ease. They said results by midnight. After reading some previous bad reviews did panic. Had my test 10am had results by 7pm same day excellent service. Price wasn't too bad look around more expensive elsewhere results back 24hrs/48hrs. I am now in America with my grandchildren perfect.

I visited Dam Health in Cardiff to take a pre booked 'safe to fly' test (PCR). The staff are helpful, the technicians are very knowledgeable and the test is conducted for you by trained staff. Only slight negative was the test was guaranteed by 23.59 the same day, but actually came through a few hours later causing me much panic (I needed the certificate to check in etc). But they came through and all was good. Reliable from my experience, just give a little more time than stated for the result.

Got mine just after around 1am, I was worried reading the reviews because some say it takes 24 hours.... I emailed DAM and explained that I need it ASAP because my flight leaves before 24 hours, they assured me that I should get my results around midnight. Thanks for the negative reviews giving me anxiety, and thank you DAM for being efficient!

Went in on off chance i could change my test due to new rules for America having struggled to get through via phone and live chat. I found all staff friendly and welcoming. I attended for a rapid antigen test for an internal EU flight. Procedure was quick and painless and result arrived by email within the specified time. I removed 2 stars because they gave me terrible grief about not wearing a face mask (I'm exempt), and then staff themselves weren't wearing them / wearing them properly. I don't actually care if you wear one or not, but giving me grief is one thing and giving me grief and not then wearing yours is another level off offensiveness. Anyway, good service just need to accept when someone tells you they are exempt from mask wearing. Please press the 👍 if you found my review helpful.

Booking process easy, the clinic and staff were fantastic, and the guys on the phone also very helpful, but I’ve had to call about 5 times with a mixture of incorrect dates of birth, passport numbers and my test results being temporarily misplaced. Prompt to solve these issues but considering the severity of showing up to the airport with incorrect details, not very impressed. All I’d say is check the details on your certificates very carefully before heading to the airport!

Booked my boys age 9 and 6 in for a fit to fly pcr test in Bristol. Staff were organised and friendly. Test did not arrive before midnight as stated. It arrived at 3am, a massive relief but very stressful all the same.

You can get the PCR COVID test here, both before and after traveling. You can also get Antygen tests and day 2 & 8 tests. You can book an appointment online.

Results were supposed to be within 24 hours but came late, came back around 25 hours post testing. Sevice should be a bit quicker when they guarantee results eithin 24 hours.

Hi Everyone , This is just an update as so many enquiries here at the Grosvenor Casino to the location , the centre is next door to Zaska Restaurant on entry into the Red Dragon Centre , on the left hand side prior to the first barrier into the car park.
