I was greeted by receptionist Samantha, this is whom my appointment was with too. I couldn’t have felt more at ease and thoroughly guided in what could be a daunting experience for some. Samantha ensured I was listened to, that I was comfortable with my initial journey and any concerns that I had were seen to. This is something I’ve wanted to do for such a long time. If Samantha is the level of service Destination Skin represent then I can’t think of ever going anywhere else or recommending anywhere else. Thank you Samantha.

Staff are so welcoming and nice U feel like home entering the place and its so professional in the same time. The laser machine is great with fast results and the products given are gentle on my sensitive skin which I find it rare to get a suitable product that’ll please me .

I had a consultation for laser hair removal yesterday as I have PCOS, and the excess hair growth I have from the condition makes me extremely self conscious. I was greeted by extremely friendly and professional staff, and my consultation with Suki, couldn't have gone any better. She was open and honest with me about the potential results, super friendly and easy to chat to, went through the procedure step by step and made me aware that it might need long term maintenance, but I was more than happy to find out that it could be treated. I couldn't hand over my money quick enough, I can't wait to start my treatment here.

Had excellent treatment here at destination skin, I’ve had both injectable and skin treatments and couldn’t fault the staff, I had a full consultation beforehand which informed me of what to expect at each stage, all the girls in the clinic were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was a bit nervous at first but I was offered to see the equipment and was talked through each treatment which put me at ease and now I actually enjoy my visits there. My full body laser hair removal experience at Destination skin was more than great! I finished my treatment 7 months ago, and 90% of the hair has gone and since then the hair hasn't grown back! All the staff there are friendly , and caring with high training standards in specifically Stephanie who carried out my laser sessions, and was very considerate about my progressions monthly. Hair removal does require some patience as it could take a few sessions, but it is definitely worth it when you do it at the right place like Destination Skin! I am so pleased with my results. Thank you!

I had a great experience and highly recommend having a treatment here. I have seen an improvement in my acne scarring and skin tone after just one microneedling session. My treatment was done by Zoe and she did such an amazing job working on the scarred areas of my cheeks, going over the scarred areas several times so that I could get the best results. I felt very looked after and the treatment didn’t feel rushed at all. The aftercare product she recommended was also very calming on my skin, and I cannot wait to go back for another treatment and to purchase another bottle

Came here to have full body laser hair removal. I had a lady called Suki who is an absolute diamond. She has a thorough knowledge of the services they provide and will be able to answer any questions you may have. Thanks to their great care, every session I have flies by with minimal discomfort from the laser as it also shoots nice cold air on the treated area at the same time. I've been having sessions for half a year and already have a 90% reduction in my body hair. Excellent professional service from the girls every time and I would definitely recommend coming here over anywhere else!

Emma Tapley says: After approx 4 years of monthly laser hair removal treatments on my bikini line at an alternative clinic and still having hair I was just about to give up all hope of being hair free, when I found Destination Skin Cardiff. I started their course of 6 treatments. I was so at ease wth Zoe (who by the way is just an angel) that I was brave enough to go a little further than just the bikini line. After just my first treatment I was so impressed with the results that I booked in for both underarm and lower leg laser hair removal. At the same time I introduced my mom to Destination Skin for EDS treatment. Zoe was just amazing with my mom, as I knew she would be: my mom uses a wheelchair and struggles to move but this was no barrier to Zoe. 6 months later and I'm virtually hair free.
