C. N.Dr Mullaney has been extremely helpful to me over the years. Despite the pandemic and the immense pressure faced by services, she has been an active listener in discussion of my mental health. With waiting lists so long for urgent referrals to CMHT, Dr Mullaney has genuinely listened to my complaints, considered my long history and taken into account my personal needs in regard to referral needs and pharmaceutical treatment for bipolar and eating disorder. Furthermore, unlike some GPs, the surgery is easy to get through to, the receptionists try their best to accommodate and they don’t assume medical qualifications when triaging. As a patient and registered mental health nurse, I can honestly recommend Dr Mullaney and Kings Road for support.
