Rachel is a pure Genius When it comes to her knowledge & work technique. I’ve been coming to Sebastian-Rose Aesthetics now for just under a year & Hand on heart I can honestly say this woman has given me the best confidence boost I needed. Within minutes of walking through the door, I was at ease, very professional clinic & team. The shop is absolutely spotless and gorgeous and the receptionists is there to guide you with any information you need to know. Once your in the treatment room, Rachel will always take her time talking to you about the procedure and what products she will be using and always understands and achieve the Clients goals. I can honestly say every time I leave Sebastian-Rose Aesthetics I come out feeling like a million bucks and confident in myself and Rachel’s work. I recently had dermal filler placed by Rachel and would with out a doubt recommend her to anyone. Rachel was nothing short of professional but was also able to make me feel at ease by offering reassurance and spending time to explain in detail the procedure. When placing the product she took her time making sure that it looked good from every angle and allowed me to check in the mirror throughout the procedure to make sure I was happy. I had an appointment with Rachel for 1ml of lip filler, it was the first treatment I was ever having so I was very nervous but the atmosphere of the clinic and the staff made me extremely comfortable. The actual procedure was fine, Rachel is extremely professional and puts you at ease. She gave me a lot of good information surrounding the actual procedure and aftercare, make sure to ask! Because apparently I had read a lot of misinformation when researching the aftercare of lip fillers. My lips have healed AMAZINGLY well and it’s only been a few days, I had zero bruising and very minimal swelling. My lips look natural but there is a noticeable difference and much more volume, I’m so happy with them, I think it’s the best thing I ever did! Since having them done, I have noticed how much it balances and defines my other features. Every time I look in the mirror or at a picture of myself since having my lips done, I feel so happy. Absolutely fantastic service at this clinic. Staff were friendly and professional, I was made to feel welcome from my first visit. The minute I walked in I felt comfortable, the girl on reception (sorry, I don’t know her name) was so friendly and kind even though I’d just called worrying I’d be late for my appointment. I found this place via a Facebook targeted ad, I’d been looking for places that provide Botox treatments, and liked the business name, so checked out reviews and liked what I saw. The online booking process was really simple to use, very informative and the following phone call consult put me at ease. Everything from start to finish has been perfect. Rachel was very knowledgeable about the treatments I was interested in (anti-wrinkle injections), was honest about how much I’d need and the placement. Having the injections was quick and painless, I had no redness and no bruising following the treatments. I had the Nefertiti neck lift, my jaw muscles for teeth clenching and smoothing to my forehead and crows feet over a handful of visits. I was provided with excellent aftercare advice via email, so I had something to refer back to following treatment. I’m so happy with the results. I feel like a new woman and my confidence has increased so much. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. Thank you so much for taking care of me so well. I would definitely use this clinic again and again.

Everytime I have seen her she has swayed me towards the cheaper treatment as even though I wanted more, she said it would not look good. That made me trust the clinic and her judgement like I haven’t elsewhere before as I have had the same treatment elsewhere in Cardiff at a 40% increase in price and suggested additional treatments that in retrospect I really didn’t need. Rachel was lovely, warm and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable, advising me on what I could or couldn't have treatment wise (rather than onejust saying yes and taking my money), and was comforting throughout. Well what can I say? Thank goodness I found this little gem of a clinic in Cardiff! Its like finding a hairdresser or dentist that you fully trust with your life! The website of Sebastian Rose is very professionally done in a classy way which grabbed my attention originally. Then came the amazing 5 ⭐️ reviews. The location is really simple. It’s outside the St Davids Centre so public transport will get you there and if you’re driving, the parking cost is cheapest in the St David’s car park. So …. Cerys is on the reception who is so friendly.. she’s fabulous..🥰 Really chatty and confident… The clinic is very clinical and clean but it’s also quirky with monkey lamps and fur rugs! Amazing bathroom also. ♥️😂 Rachel (with the impressive letters after her name) will call you in for either a consultation or procedure depending on if it’s the first visit. I think that’s great that you can have a proper chat with her to get the best treatment and outcome. I do always feel welcome when I sit in the chair! I have amazing conversations with Rachel about life and ups and downs and it’s altogether a great experience and atmosphere. Rachel takes before and after photos and takes lots of time doing the exam. Everything is professional here… (no back of a hairdresser’s scenario!) lol … I’m booked in for a third procedure.. cheek fillers.. I’ve also had Botox and tear trough filler here (after a sad beginning to 2022) and I’m on my way to a happier face! Great fantastic results. X See you both in July! X x. X

Having received various cosmetic treatments from another practitioner for a number of years, a house move meant that I needed to find somebody new. After undertaking a mammoth amount of research, I decided to move forward with Rachel and Sebastian Rose. To say that I’m happy is an understatement! I always had to have numbing cream applied for all treatments with my previous practitioner because my forehead, especially, was painful when being treated with needles. At my first visit with Rachel, she moved forward with my treatment without any numbing cream…. I was inwardly petrified but didn’t want to look like a wimp and ask for it!!!! However, I shouldn’t have been at all worried because I didn’t even feel anything! I really think that Rachel is amazing at what she does! I also had to revisit my previous practitioner two weeks after every Botox treatment for top-ups….even after I had been a long term patient. This has not been necessary with Rachel even after the first time visiting her! Rachel was extremely professional, fab at making me look far less old, run a spotless clinic and also, her receptionist was an absolute credit to her! In a world where it seems that anyone can decide to offer Botox/fillers etc. it is really difficult to find someone who is just the best. Although I have only had one visit so far, Rachel will most certainly be my go-to person for all my treatments!

Having had enough of looking like a severely fatigued panda with a criminal record, I came across the notion of tear trough fillers. After spending hours online looking into the procedure, I was sold. It involves treating the area under the eye to fill in hollowness, which causes the drained look I was so desperate to ditch once and for all. It’s not like other filler treatments, which can change the shape of your face like your lips, cheekbones or jawline; it just adds the tiniest bit of volume to the concave area between your lower eyelids and upper cheeks to freshen it up. I contacted Rachel at Sebastian Rose to book in. I hadn’t needed to do any prep before the procedure. At my appointment, Rachel talked me through the process thoroughly, putting me totally at ease. She explained that she would be using a non-animal-based product that includes hyaluronic acid, a naturally-processed chemical that the body can metabolise, so is among the least dangerous of substances. She told me that the results could last from a year, and maybe even two years. Rachel also explained how she was going to put the fillers in. First, she would create tiny holes in my cheeks using a needle before inserting the filler using a minuscule cannula. A cannula, she told me, is the safest way for the filler to go in, rather than with a needle. Because of its slightly bigger size, it is far less likely to go through a vein, which could lead to excessive bruising or infection. The procedure itself was, honestly, less stressful and far less painful than a routine blood test. Rachel puts you at ease from start to finish; there wasn’t an opportunity to even feel the slightest bit of trepidation. The whole process took about five minutes for both eyes, and that was it. I can reliably say that going to the dentist for a standard check-up is worse. The results are INCREDIBLE. Since having the fillers, I truly feel confident to go make-up free for the first time in my adult life. And I have never had so many compliments from people who can sort of see a difference in me but can’t really work out what it is until I tell them. I’ve had people comment on how glowing I look, and how fresh and well-rested I am. Who knew that having a tiny bit of filler under my eyes could change my whole visage? I can't recommend Rachel and Sebastian Rose enough 💞

Choosing the right place to book aesthetic treatments isn’t something I can do on a whim. I have to look, research, look up reviews etc before deciding. After doing all of that I found Sebastian-Rose Medical Aesthetics kept coming high on the list of potential clinics. Seeing the high quality work in photos and videos made by Rachel with many clients and seeing the standard was kept in all I booked my first consultation. First visit was fantastic Rachel introduced herself and explained fully her background and qualifications. The clinic itself is beautiful and very clean and welcoming. With all the COVID-19 safety measures in place and plenty of it. Appointment was timed and scheduled for social distancing. I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease and booked my future treatments. I had Botox and again all safety measures were in place. I was comfortable and told to contact anytime if I had questions or concerns after. I was very pleased with results and new that from then I’d be coming back. Fast forward a few months and lockdown lifted o booked again for botox and lip filler. Once again the service provided was outstanding and can’t see where it could be improved. The whole process went great, very reassuring during lip treatment and explained each step as she was going along. I seen the products and the packaging sealed before using to verify I was getting products I was paying for which is great to see and reassuring. Wow 🤩🤩🤩.. Amazing results and such great value for money. I visited the salon in August and booked in for Botox x 3 areas and 1ml filler for mouth to chin lines. The results are amazing! Rachel is a true perfectionist and did such an amazing job. She ensured that she and I were happy by viewing the results step by step in all different rooms and lighting and carried on tweaking the areas until she achieved the best result she could. I have had Botox many times and this is the best result that has ever been achieved. I have always needed to go back for a ‘top up’ which is often very inconvenient when working full time, but for the first time ever I have not needed a top up!
