LIFE CHANGING - I first went to see the lovely Anne last year. I was suffering with a number of menopausal systems as well as acute tiredness that was ruining my life and had been for years. I met Anne at her lovely clinic and was immediately drawn to her. Her knowledge, compassion, kindness and understanding was second to none. We decided on a 7 week course .. by Christmas I was a different person.. I was back to not having to sleep in the day, no hot sweats, bloating etc and just a very nice feeling of well being and calmness. Anne has changed my life and will continue to do so. Amazing!

I'm so happy i met Anne and started my Luxopuncture journey. I was really struggling with menopausal symptoms and my hot flushes were horrendous. I wasn't sleeping well, had a lot headaches and dizziness and was starting to get anxiety. I discovered Luxopuncture and contacted Anne, who sat and talked to me about my symptoms and was really lovely and made me feel immediately at ease. As soon as i had my first treatment my symptoms started to go, and by the second treatment my hot flushes were gone, and i felt so much better in myself. When i finished my initial treatments i then had top ups every now and then to keep everything at bay. Then COVID hit and after not being able to see Anne for over a year mean't that my symptoms started to come back. So when she was allowed i went back and started my treatments again and my symptoms instantly stopped again after my first treatment. I am so happy to have met Anne and start luxopuncture. I had the beginnings of mild menopausal symptoms which were becoming increasingly difficult to ignore.The hot flushes very more irritating than anything as I'd have one every 15 minutes or so.I was sleeping really badly which made everything seem much worse. After just a few treatments the flushes were barely noticeable and I was sleeping so much better. After each treatment I feel positive, calm and completely relaxed. I was kind of hoping to keep this amazing treatment secret. I found Anne and Luxopuncture via a friend's recommendation. I was in a bit of a rut with an ever increasing Covid belly, low mood and low energy levels. Anne and her treatment were just what I needed in my life. I felt results quickly. The 3 day detox was easier than I thought, it re-booted my body and mind to continue with a healthier diet. The results have been amazing. The Drs diagnosed me with Premature ovarian failure in 2020 .When i started the luxopunture sessions with Anne this year my periods were irregular and i was experiencing perimenopause symptoms on a regular basis . I had the prescribed 7 sessions at weekly sessions with Anne . I started seeing Anne at Luxopuncture due to my sugar cravings and inability to reduce my weight , fatigue and poor sleep as well as menopause symptoms. Since starting Luxopuncture I have found that my sugar craving have reduced greatly to the extent I am now able to go in a shop and not buy sweets as well as say no to sweet snacks, My weight lose has been steady and I’m losing inches as well. I first started treatment with Anne 2 years ago and couldn’t believe the transformation. I had been suffering with nighttime sweats from the menopause and constantly waking up feeling completely drained and exhausted after 4 treatments sweats were completely gone and at the end of my course of treatments I felt like a new woman. I first read about Luxopunture in the Top Sante Magazine. I was very interested that what I had read, that it had helped the ladies Menopause symptoms. I made an enquiry and Anne was the only clinic which was in Colchester. I’m in Hertfordshire and made the decision to travel 1hr 15 min to see Anne. It was the best decision for me. I would 100% recommend Anne. I'm 23, not going through menopause but was having some issuse when I was due on. Before my period came I would get really emotional and have no control over it. The older I got, despite eating healthily and getting plenty of exercise, I just could not shift the extra weight.
