K. R.I have used the surgery for over ten years. I have always had urgent care needs addressed very quickly and the wait for routine appointments is not unreasonable. Staff are excellent, they treat me with kindness and respect, they always listen to me and remember conversations we have had before.
It can sometimes take a few attempts to get through on the phone (mainly since the COVID-19 pandemic) but it is not usually a persistent problem. During the pandemic telephone consultations and email correspondence are always quickly responded to.
Appointments usually run fairly well to schedule and the staff make time to listen to your needs and involve you in your own care.
N. B.I have been a patient at this surgery for about 2 years and have always been able to get an appointment (via phone or in practice) in reasonable timescales.
The staff are very helpful and have been excellent during the pandemic.
