Very happy and very satisfied with the surgery. Every time I needed them always by our side. My son has chest infection and today they booked us to check him and prescribed antibiotics. Thank you very much!

Making an appointment was easy and went well but they wrote the wrong prescription amount to a pharmacy that didn’t have what I needed so had to go to another pharmacy for it. When I realised I’d only got half my tablets I had to phone the doctors who sent me to the first pharmacy for a new prescription who then sent me to the doctors saying they hadn’t got it, the doctor then wrote a second prescription for the other half. So I’ve now had to pay twice for one prescription and walking/driving backwards and forwards for hours all while totally unfit to.

I have nothing but praise for this surgery. All staff are friendly and helpful and all Doctors and Nurses really put you at ease and are approachable.

I totally appreciate the stress and strain the staff who work for the NHS are under I also realize that there are incredible waiting times for routine operations etc However, I can’t see the point of advertising the fact that if you think you have a medical issue contact your GP if you are unable to get an appointment I rang at 8 am and there were 18 before me in the queue Surely there are a a better system what If it is something serious or worrying that you are calling about
