Have been going to this doctors my whole life! Love the staff they are great but I must praise a nurse called Claire Robbins, she is amazing! My girlfriend had a blood test and Claire made her feel so much better about the whole thing considering my girlfriend is petrified of needles. Well done Claire! You deserve to be praised big time!

After a very poor experience with my previous doctor i decided to change surgeries. After my first visit to the Forest Medical Centre i was really impressed with how organised and professional it appeared. My appointment was bang on time which makes such a difference. I genuinely felt confident that the doctor i saw would be able to resolve the ongoing problem i am having with my leg. A scan was agreed during the appointment and also a date for some joint injections to help relieve the pain in the meantime. I was actually called by my christian name on leaving my appointment which makes it feel much more personal, something my previous doctor had never done in almost 21 years. Wish i had changed sooner!!

I really like all the staff at this medical centre, they are all polite and professional. I just had a blood test yesterday and the nurse made me feel so calm as I was nervous before, she was very nice and I didn't feel a thing.

For this particular appointment i was very happy with its progression. What started off as a telephone appointment, made a week prior and using the NHS App, swiftly turned into a face to face surgery appointment within 48 hours. That appointment required further blood tests which got instantly booked and subsequently attended by the end of the week. Thank you...just waiting on results now , hopefully all is ok 🙂👍

All the reception and back office staff are extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The medical team is top notch. I had my concerns and worries about the partnership initially . I never thought the service provided could be matched or improved upon . How wrong was I

The receptionist was frendly, quick and efficient and was able to guide me and my partner where to go with ease. The wating rooms where spotless and fresh and didn't smel like stuffy and overly chep chemicals. More like peches. The nurse that we met was kinde and empathetic and good with young children ,she went above and beyond to help me comfut my daughter whill she was having her ejections. Overall the staff of forest medical went what I feel was above and beyond to provide a kinde, frendly and hassle free experence for my family and I. Thank you forest medical center.

I dont remember the doctors name that I seen I wish I did as she was best 1 I have seen in a while as most just wanna rush u in an out as quick as they can no matter what the issue an she didnt rush me out of the appointment she actually sat an listened it's a shame she isn't their permanently as we need more doctors like her, the nurse I seen I must say was fantastic, I hate blood tests an she done good in keeping my mind off it, now bad points the self check in didnt work both times I went, I didnt need to use the self check but was asked to even tho their was no one else ther an I said it didnt work would of been quicker for them to of checked me in themselves than stand messing about with the machine, I dont think you should have to go into as much detail as some receptionist make you just to see a doctor unless their gonna diagnose me Their are a few lovely receptions tho an also a few who need an attitude adjustment

The receptionist was very helpful upon arrival at the reception desk. And gave me clear instructions as where to sit in the waiting room outside my Doctors door.

Surprisingly I have found the telephone consultations very good and efficient. For routine issues I am happy to stay with telephone consultations. I have been phoned back on the same day and at the appointed time with no waiting for days for appointments. The repeat medication system is very efficient as was the online recording of blood pressure. I have been able to get appointments for blood tests very quickly.

It's a well kept building. The staff on main desk were polite and considerate. They answered any questions I had. The seating area was clean and tidy. The nurse was wonderful and explained things and showed me how to use the new inhaler. Would definitely recommend the practice to other people.

I have nothing but good experiences with the doctors, I understand that receptionist have to triage you to see whether you need urgently seeing or not so I don't mind being asked some questions first. Also due to my medical history what may seem like a normal illness to others I so panic a little incase its symptom of cancer returning so I like that I am able to speak on the phone about symptoms with a doctor and then seen in person of needed and all tests done to see what is wrong.

This is the best medical centre I have ever been a patient of. 1) I've seen some comments about the reception staff, but from my personal experience, I found that they were amicable and the phones were answered promptly. 2) Also, I needed a medical evidence letter and the receptionist got it sorted out for me ASAP. 3)Additionally, the doctors are great: they really know what they are doing and have kindness and compassion for their patients. It really makes a difference! They even asked me what I would like in terms of treatment, I was FLABBERGASTED and over the moon to be given choices in my own health! 4) I never had to wait more than 10ish minutes to be seen which is awesome compared to other practices. You can really tell they have a great general manager who keeps on top of things. 5) The surgery is clean and modern.

All of the Drs that I have seen bar one have been very helpful and caring professionals. I would highly recommend this practice. The only negative I would say is having to explain your medical issues to the receptionist before being allowed a telephone appointment.

Sometimes the receptionists aren't too friendly, but being able to get an appointment on a Saturday and having amazing Doctors there makes this 5-star for me! They always take me seriously and listen to what I have to say - important when you're talking about Mental Health.
