Since I moved over to this surgery, I have been looked after, more in 13 months, than ever with my previous GP (of over 10 years) Especially as these days, services are really struggling to meet patients needs. I feel safe in their hands. Plus they are always friendly and really listen to your symptoms. Minus a point for parking only. However it is better than most places. Very happy here.

Been with this practice since I was a child. The doctors are lovely, never had any problems getting in touch or to see a GP if needed. Like every surgery there can be times when things get postponed/ cancelled but they always do their best to help. Wouldn't change from here.

I changed to this surgery fairly recently just before the pandemic. I've had complex health issues and experienced a bit of an initial blip,l with the surgery, which was more due to a minor amount of disorganition which is not surprising since it was during the pandemic. Since then things have improved greatly and I have received very good support from the surgery. I do sympathise however, with those patients who don't get along very well with the pod and telephone queuing systems as these are a bit frustrating at times. For pod it's best to book repeats via the website I have found

I've given 3 stars because there are some lovely competent doctors, however there are also some very incompetent ones too. The call back system is not fit for purpose either. I have always found the reception staff lovely especially Janine and the nurses are again lovely. Communication amongst the doctors leaves a lot to be desired though. It's not all bad but I honestly think they have far to many patients on their books, and have to Crisis manage the surgery constantly. Its thr patients who suffer from the failings

Been with this practice for 20 years. Doctors are great and always open to new treatments. A teaching practice as well. All staff are excellent. Easy telephone triage system ensures you can always get help on the same day. Either a telephone consultation or an appointment. I’ve called at 4pm and still got an appointment the same day. Also called at nearly 6pm and a telephone appointment the same day. Highly recommended

I had a very painful experience earlier this week . The surgery (Dr Nandan ) called me back and took a great deal of interest to make a diagnosis and made out a prescription. My condition improved in a very short time. He called me again today to see how I was and if there was anything further that I needed / he could do . What more could you ask if a practice under pressure at this time of year .

I must praise Dr Nandan, always listens and takes the upmost time with you. If it wasn’t for Dr Nandan i wouldn’t of been admitted into hospital regarding my severe kidney infection. I did go quite poorly in hospital and it if wasn’t for the quick response and caring needs of Dr Nandan it could of been a lot worse. Also he is caring and keeping track on my low day moods which came on more after my bad fall I had with broken rips and lacerated liver. Would recommend Dr Nandan 100% Thank you!

Great doctors. Love that they have doctors call back and if you need to be seen tgey book you in if you can get advice over the phone it saves you a trip. I've Always been able to at least speak with a doctor on the same day
