Especially Di, who has been fantastic and supportive, particularly as I can be quite a nervous patient. She has always made me feel at ease at her appointments. Reception staff have always been polite and helpful and generally a great team. Thank you!

A. D.I have no words to describe how well I've been treated here. The nurses are genuinely nice and caring. My brother is being checked weekly for a leg ulcer and has only positive vibes since he started beeing treated.
Dr. Amanda Woodgate is how we call in my country when someone is really kind, God's honey... For any concerns I had that were stressing me out into my journey of getting pregnant she's been there, trying to do more to help. She's one of the nicest doctors I've been to and she calmed me down everytime I had a problem. Stress does more harm than anything, she seems to understand that really well.

L. M.Depends who you get really! Appointments very hard to get. Receptionist's are fine and don't consider themselves as pseudo-Dr's. Most of the medically trained staff are great bar one Dr who will just tell you to go next door to the chemist for herbal remedies!!!
p. o.This is the first doctors I've been with when they say sorry no appointments left and I believe them, but I have had calls back saying somebody has cancelled do I want the appointment still.
A. I.Never get an appointment and if you book one will be 2 weeks later. At that point you will be recovered.
Surgery to small for the size of Castle Donington.
Meant to be there to help people not turn them away. 3 days I have been calling at 815 in the morning and stuck within your system for 15 mins at a time. It's a joke. Sort it out!!
